Seriously..."Don't quit" was my favorite tip. Because you told my story from the past six months precisely, one that I've repeated way too many times. Something about someone else knowing I feel like shit is grounding.
I think one of the game changing advice I've gotten from you is that a little bit of hunger is normal. I used to think that if I was hungry then that means need to eat asap. That would ruin my calorie deficit. Knowing that this is normal changes my perspective. Thanks!

Thanks for all of these tips that you have giving us ❤ I have learned alot . I have been in my weight loss journey for 2 1/2 years started 195 - 167 on the first year eating around 1200 calories wich i didn't track but now I do but it has been a year I haven't lost inches or weight but have gained muscle. My goal is 145 . Due to your videos I know I haven't been eating enough and now tracking my food. What can I do to start losing weight and inches again. I also have trouble finishing my calories. I eat all my protein but I still left with calories .
Ive been doing the tickle fest type of workout. Oops. I can shower before going to the gym and go on with my day; I don't even break a sweat. Time to change things up!
Thank you for all the Info! Question about number 18… what if first thing in the morning I work out? Like first thing, 5 am and I don’t have time to eat.. I walk in the treadmill for 30 mins mean while I drink my pre workout and when the 30 min are up I do strength training. When done I drink a protein shake. An hour later after dropping off kids at school I eat breakfast, eggs, avo and a protein bagel. It’s this ok? Or do I need to change things up..thank you.
So with regards to the tickle fest. How broken should you be leaving the gym? I have you in my head in there telling me to lift heavier if I am able to lift 3 sets of 12 easily so all my weights are now heavy but by the time I have finished I am almost crawling out the gym and good for nothing for the rest of the day!! 😂 I don't physically hurt, I'm just completely wiped out. Is this just an added bonus to my hypothyroidism? Thanks
