I needed this today! Used the calculator and have been eating my calories for about 1 week. This video gave me the encouragement to keep doing what I am doing and not jump ship too soon. Thank you Eric!
This video is going to be my "Go TO" I Know that I have to be patient but gosh sometimes is hard. Losing the LBS @ 40's is not the same as my 20's. I know is a process, slow and steady wins the race but we are so used to getting things fast that for a split second I get frustrated.
Hey Eric im Reagan’s boyfriend. She has been part of your group for some time now and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. She has gained so much support while losing the weight she desires. You guys have the most supportive group with really awesome information to achieve success. You are awesome and thank you again for being a great health coach
Robert, all of my respect to you man. You are a bad ass and I really respect you pushing and supporting your queen in her journey!!!! Thank you for your kind words this really made my day man so thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Great video thank you. The scales always hit hard. Especially on the NHS when you see a doc and they weigh you, they go on your BMI and note on your records your "obese" or "overweight" due to that number 😢 they need to change the system as it doesn't take into consideration muscle.
Thank you! Thank you! I needed to hear this. I just had a conversation with my husband yesterday about the scale not going down. I am starting my 28 day tracking calendar tomorrow for accountability to ensure I am consistent.
Eric, again thank you so much-I appreciate the reality you bring to the whole diet system! It truly is changing your eating habits for the better, and it does take a conscious effort to plan, weigh your food, etc. Thank you!
Thanks for always giving the good info, because of you I upped my calories and have a better relationship with food, and haven’t lost weight on the scale in 2 and 1/2 months but have lost 2 1/2 inches on my stomach!! If I hadn’t found you I would have quit when I didn’t see the scale go down! THANK YOU!!! Also I love your intros 😆 you are awesome
TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!! I think we are all guilty of that for SURE! I feel like I am 3 weeks in (post Keto craziness) and I can already tell its "working" #ericrobertsrocks
I’ve been hovering around 159 pound for like 5-6 weeks (with a 1.5 week diet break for vacation) but I’ve lost some inches….trying to decide if I need to go harder and cut some calories 😢this was helpful thank you
I do have a question, I fuel at least 1 hr prior to lifting in the afternoon. I have followed your advise by listening to all RUclips, etc. why am I pretty much tanked after my workout.? fuel-1/2cup of cereal w/1 scope of protein -pre workout. but after 45-1 hr I am tanked? I WORKOUT 4 times a week. weight training. and low intensity cardio.
@@ericrobertsfitness all i have for breakfast is 2 brown toast and a boiled egg Lunch i have a 500 calorie chicken sandwich in white bread And at 7pm i have 138gram nigella paninni with grilled chicken cheese and mayonaisse Is this ok? As my calorie calculator says 2100 calories a day
If you're dieting and crave fat and carbs more than usual its working. If your cravings are unbearable, you are dieting too hard and need to scale back
Thank you for this! Sadly, The scale is an addiction!
Hey Eric! Here from tiktok and your mailing list! Thanks for all the beneficial (and REAL) info you provide consistently!
let's gooooooo :)
Really informative, so refreshing to hear you say about monitoring how your shape is changing instead of just focusing on the scales only. Thank you

Same here it to 2.5 months before the scale moved for me. Now, I need to stop over eating on cheese popcorn.

What if I eat like 1500 calories one day then 1600 the next and after 1650 would I gain weight? Or does it not matter as long as I’m in a deficit?

How do you know how much calories you burned after strength training
A person who is 5'8" and 154lb., how much calories a day should be consumed??
please watch my calorie calculator video on RUclips here.
