Calorie deficit, eating clean, moving my body, and keeping mental focus and consistency has been and truly is the key to a successful, lifetime of keeping the weight off., It's true when you hear people say, "You have to want it bad enough." Your too funny man😂😂Thanks for breaking this down..I unknowingly started doing calorie deficit and in about 2 months went down 4 lbs…it seemed so slow at first but I would look back in pictures and see the differences and my waist started to slim and pants started feeling better. I don’t do the scale too often (probably every 4-6 weeks) because it becomes obsessive. But I seen such a huge difference using this system and learning more to gain better understanding and what I can do different .But thanks for making this clear on how this works… The humor is just a plus ! What about if you have a LOT to lose? I'm 600 lbs. My ultimate goal is to be 175. Do I still do the deficit calculations using the 175 or do I use my first major goal of 500... then move it to 400... then 300... and so on. Or, do I just use the 175 and keep that the entire time? And, wouldn't that be too little calories for me to start out with at my size now?
so i’m 5’2 female and weight 117. what do i do if i don’t want to really lose weight but instead replace most of my body fat with muscle. my goal is to be strong and have muscle, so do i have to eat more then regularly and then burn it all off at the end of the day?
but my goal body weight is 103lbs, so calories is 1236 it seem like too low calories (lower than my BMR) i'am so confused! my current body weight is 114.6lbs. pls help!

I strength train 4 days a week I walk daily and do 10-15 mins of cardio after my strength training days I sim to eat 1700 but still stubborn belly fat lol
1380 is NOT low for 411 unless you are doing some pretty intense exercises in addition. I eat 1200 to 1400 but mostly 1200 when on my sedentary days, and I'm 5 1 at 125 lbs but very curvy with big boobs 32D and hips butt (34 inches) lol. 1328 calories is not much for us shorter folks, and I hate it because I love food 😂❤
I find it very hard to eat as much protein as your 7-1 8-1 formula, only because I don’t eat too much protein filled things. Can I still lose 1 lb a week if I’m not hitting my protein target?
