amazing information I will try the finding the right cooking device that doesn’t require oil, honestly I’m adding oil to the air fryer that might be something I can change. Maybe putting it in foil and letting it’s own juice and oils cook it.
Hi, Eric! Such an informative video :) I have a quick question. 9.000 steps per day and 30-40 min of HIIT training 3/4 times a week. How should I call that level of physical activity? Light/moderate?
I always thought i didn't like hamburger.. actually i loooove lean beef. 96/4 is fire. I'm a sucker for filet mingon.. its leaner than most steak but $$ 😢
Also from personal experience, the longer your overweight the more time your skin has to stretch out.. Example, if a thin/lean person becomes overweight over time and say they’ve been overweight for a year and then lose that weight, they will probably not have too much loose skin of any at all, whereas someone that’s been overweight their whole lives or for a couple years and they go to lose weight, they have a higher chance to have loose skin. That’s just my opinion/experience with loose skin. I am in the process if losing all the weight I’ve gained back over the last 2 1/2 years and I know I’ll have a good amount of loose skin buut that just shows you put the work in. Sorry for the long comment lol.
Keep your meals simple to a couple ingredient for easy calories count or you end up not knowing what you are eating. Weight your food, otherwise you don't know what you are eating.
Bring a lunch. I cook up a bunch of hamburger patties after we shop and put two patties each in baggies. Freeze or put in fridge. Grab a slice of cheese and put in your lunch bag then microwave them at work!
Soda is bad, no matter what you say.. diet or no diet look at all the ingredients.. I know someone that drinks all diet coke and she's super over weight 😒
She’s not overweight because of the diet coke, there’s probably other factors. He’s not saying that diet soda is the best but it is a good swap for those who have a harder time weening off soda and maybe eventually they can cut soda out completely. It’s about sustainability.
So it’s because of the diet soda she can’t lose weight lol should find out what eats in a day everyday, and then you’ll find out why. It’s not the diet soda dummy

Restaurants do NOT use olive oil to cook in. They use cheap vegetable or canola oil for the most part, which is far worse 😭

I tried the picles snaking but American picles are so terrible compare to Spanish pepinillos. I hope I can find a brand I like.
