If you guys are enjoying the series, use our discount code GEARS2020 via the link in the description to let Advance Auto know that people watch this stuff. Have a great weekend guys, we'll see you next Saturday for the finale!

9:30 if y’all are interested, basically a guy got pulled over because he was driving recklessly and his defense was that there was no speed limit so he sued the state. He lost but they added a speed limit.

Few ads on the video, a "baked in" sponsorship that can't be skipped and voila, they make some money (just enough to pay the speeding ticket :) ... And yeah, the production quality is really good.
I love how at 3:07 his favorite president on Mount Rushmore is JFK Not Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt, or Lincoln all of which are actually there! haha
Can you imagine what these guys could do with a "top gear" budget? These series are incredibly well written, beautifully shot, and inspiring on so many levels.
The fact that you're blatantly saying that you let him go off on his own because he wanted to get E85 and you didn't want to be slowed down.... that hurt. Seeing as he was there for you when your tires popped he drove five hours for that and he waited while you recharged. That's just messed up Thorn 🤣🤣🤣😂😂

I'm not usually one to comment on RUclips videos, but this show is clearly top notch. The content is funny and interesting but what really strikes me is the videography. The cuts, color grading, music selection and the awesome drone shots and B-roll. In that sense it's above even Amazon's Grand Tour imho. And no old farts or penis jokes, thank you!
I have over 50,000 miles on my Tesla, and have taken multiple cross-country road trips in it. Once you readjust your thinking from the “I must get there as fast as possible” to the more relaxed “this is a journey that I can enjoy”, you start to see the advantages of an EV. Particularly using auto pilot on the freeway, you can readjust your brain from being constantly at attention to more of a managerial role where you keep everything safe and under control but don’t have to deal with the tiring aspects. Also, spending 1/3 to 1/4 the money to travel is quite appealing. I did a 3000+ mile journey for about $70 in charging, which is hard to beat.
