Idk why I’m dreading this leg workout this week. I think it’s the 45 minutes. Any words of encouragement? I’m a day behind this week because of a work conference.
I got sick last week and had to take time off from working out. I have been down on myself because I took off longer than I should have. BUT yesterday I got back into the swing and feeling so much better. Today's workout was a struggle but I finished strong!!
Great leg day (1 day late sorry)!! My goal for 2024 was to do a pull up. After this workout, I thought I'm already warm so let's just try. And I DID ONE!!!! Thank you Sydney for giving me the strength and mindset to believe I could!
I feel seen - I’ve let go a bit over the last few months, due to holidays, injury, illness. Keep telling myself to get back on it. Thank you Sidney for all that you give to me ❤
I'll admit that I've let off the gas and been too lenient with the diet and nutrition. I know it and feel, so I'm buckling down and getting back on the tight and narrow path. The Drive in the workouts is still there though. Thanks for today's workout!!
I so needed that accountability pep talk!! My nutrition this week has been really rough with a toddler in a sleep regression and my Dad's funeral at the end of the week. Need to give myself some grace, but then I'm putting the petal to the metal. Thank you!
Sorry for your loss I understand getting back on your feet is a slow one. I lost my mom and my dad. They both were on hospice but now I lost my brother-in-law to aneurysm about two weeks ago. Keep it up take care of yourself because you’re worth it and people count on youhave a wonderful day
I also lost my brother to Covid. He was my twin and I lost my brother-in-law in Stockton my brother-in-law Texas. You do feel that deep pain that hurt but I can tell you they’ll be good days you’ll never forget them you carry them in your heart especially if you were close to them, it’s always hard to say goodbye to love ones. I almost lost my brother in Oregon to Covid also but he made it through thank God.
Oh man was that talk needed today. I showed up for this workout, but I wasn’t really present. Was beating myself up but then I realized it’s ok. Maybe it wasn’t my best workout, but I didn’t quite! I stayed and pushed through. It’s OK to have an off day. What’s not OK is to let that off day sabotage moving forward! Thank you Sydney for that talk! ❤😅

I am always honest on here. I slipped for quite a few months and this is the most out of shape for ME I've been. I gained a few pounds and got, what I call, squishy. Each of these workouts is HARD but I'm making it through and will keep going!
Came back to this one today given some lower back pain I had since last week, but bam...handling the workout in the right movement pattern with just a little lower weight I was able to complete with no pain! Hallelujah! Thank you for explaining movements and helping us Sydney!
Congrats to EVERYONE who completed this workout! Such a great challenge today. I love AMRAPS, they always push me to go a little harder. I was struggling mid workout but I refocused myself and crushed it! I can literally feel myself getting stronger every day.

My friends have often asked me how I haven’t gotten bored with working out and I guess I never really thought about it. I mean first who could get bored with this community and these motivational moments at the end. I guess for me it’s become a part of my life like making a cup of coffee or brushing my teeth. If I don’t make it out to do some form of exercise I feel lost like I didn’t put my rings on. It wasn’t always easy but nobody ever said winning was easy. Love yourself as much as you love others you are worth it b❤
SYDNEY. 5 years of working out and I finally got my barbell set today i deadlifted 60 pounds a HUGE goal for me. And the first 15 minutes of this workout I sweated more than I ever have! LOVED THIS WORKOUT!

Advice and motivation needed! I have gained back a lot of my weight in the past few months despite working out 3x per week and being very mindful and intentional on nutrition. It feels very frustrating right now! I will keep on working… hoping that these pounds will drop!

Today i didnt feel like working out, but i pushed myself and im feeling much better. i am glad i did it.
