We are remote today, so I had to complete Friday and today from my husband Tablet. There was NO WAY I was going to give up. Super bump because this is the beginning of my Lola Challenge training, which will be at my beautiful Island of Puerto Rico in August 2024. This year is their 10th Anniversary and being a Lola 2016, I wasn't going to miss this grand celebration. Drive is an amazing program that got me back in the journey. Thank you, thank you. My congratulations to all the beautiful humans who completed the program as well. You totally ROCK!! 🎉❤

Be present be proud. I love that and I have often said that when spending time with my kids. Be present stop focusing on the next thing text messages, alerts on social apps or emails be in the moment because you can’t get those moments back. ❤
The other day I was feeling bad about not making "enough" progress and when I checked my scale app, in 2 months since starting Jan 1 I've lost 5 pounds, my body fat % has dropped and my muscle mass has increased!! Consistency is key! Thank you for the great workouts and motivation. ❤

January and February workouts have been amazing. I’m starting a set with heavier dumbbells than I would have thought. I can’t wait til next Saturday for my 10 week body composition check at my nutritionist office. Feel stronger, look stronger and have lost weight (fat). Thank you is not a strong enough phrase. Keep bringing it!

Great 30min burner! Added on 10 more minutes of glute work and 5 minutes of ab work. Have more time on Saturdays, so hoping next month won't also be all 30min workouts on the weekends.

I know I’m playing catch up on the drive program, but I’ve realized how far I’ve come. How stronger I am now from when I first started!! My goal has always been to lose weight but I also wanted to feel stronger & because of you & this program, I definitely see results & it’s just a start!! I can’t wait to start the Flex program! Woo hamstrings! When we first did that slider hamstring curl (last year?) I didn't think I'd ever do it. Something clicked today when she said "Dig your heels in" Feeling so accomplished in that particular move! 🎉
Crushed it. I’ve been doing curls on the sliders but today I pulled out the stability ball. Oh my gosh, that took some extra work! Can’t wait to see what gets us through March and into spring!
