    Ooooooooo🙊 This one had a bit of everything! I appreciate balance work bc it’s the best way I can tell how far I’ve come as a human. I used to get so upset with the wobbles. Now I’m just easy breezy with them😌 The end section with the supported elevated back was delicious! Thank you for this fun flow!

    I've done all 5 of you Hands Free classes and really enjoyed them. Could you do a longer hands free class....45-60 minutes?

      Hey Teo! I'm so so glad you're enjoying these! At the moment I won't be sharing many longer classes on RUclips for free, but I'm thinking of doing Zoom classes or lives that are donation based for longer classes :) xx

      Haha I know! Warrior 3 to half moon flow was SO hard... took me a lot of practise and I still feel like it's a fluke I didn't fall here! xx

      HMFYOGA ha ha, yes it was! I managed W3 to half moon on my left leg with no problem but being absolutely honest toppled a bit on my right leg but got there eventually! It’s strange how much my balance differs on my left and right side 😀

    Thanks Helen for this practice. Managed to modify it as my wrist is in plaster but still feel I got a bit of a fix!
