    I've been a yogi for years and recently developed carpal tunnel after my baby was born which meant my practice took a hit. Having these hands free flows has honestly been such a blessing. Grateful to you for creating and sharing them.

    I don't know how many times I've practiced this flow now and: YEEEEEEAAAAAH!!!! TODAY I WAS SUDDENLY ABLE TO LIFT MY LEG AND STAND IN BALANCE IN THE TWISTED CHAIR POSITION!!! I am so so happy!

    Thank goodness I found your classes James. Just had wrist surgery after having something called keinbocks disease. Love that you still encourage strength and stamina in yoga without hands. Thankyou.

    On a morning when I am short of both sleep and time, this practice was completely perfect.     Hi James! I’m new to yoga but I’ve been practicing handstands for years on my own. That being said, I recently suffered what I believe to be an undiagnosed mild wrist sprain. I’ve been continuing my training/fitness/yoga bc it hasn’t been a debilitating pain, but it’s been nagging and lingering and I’ve gotten to a point where I know I have to be smart lay off all wrist-intensive exercises/movements for 2-3 weeks at least.
    So I’m really glad I found your wrist-free series! I’ve been loving this new yoga hobby and don’t want to have to stop during my wrist recovery. I usually like to do vinyasa flow practice in the morning for 20-30 minute sessions as well as longer yin yoga in the evening, which I’ve also been absolutely loving. Thanks for this amazing content!!

    I'm currently recovering from wrist surgery and my usual yoga platform didn't have much hands free yoga available so I opened up RUclips. As a PT, Remedial massage therapist and yoga enthusiast I just want to say you have a wonderful balance of knowledge to perform movements correctly and safely whilst still exuberating warmth and calmness. I had an emotional release during this session, which has never happened to me before. Thank you, James, I look forward to exploring more of you videos :)

    Wow-weeee!!! I most definitely enjoyed your practice.. currently having a "lil biddy" issue w/my right shoulder and right wrist, wanted to do a firery hands-free practice and I landed right here! Altho it called for warrior 3 pose, I did mi best to balance; was a lil wobbly but was better than in times past. I will most definitely return for this practice.

    James, so glad we (my sister and I) found your videos after I broke my wrist. Your soothing voice, positive attitude and challenging workouts are so helpful. We FaceTime each other every day and then pull up one of your videos. We are 1100 miles away from each other but still work out together. Not bad for 60 somethings, lol. Thank you for keeping us moving. ❤️
