Thank you so so much for your kindness and for turning wrist free yoga into an amazing, strong and challenging practice. I'm almost glad that I had a wrist injury because it helped me find your videos, and now you're by far my favorite teacher on RUclips ! I also love that you're introducing Qigong in the flow, it makes a perfect intro to this practice and now I want to learn more about it :) Can't wait for more videos, I wish you all the best ! Cheers from France ;)
Thank you for so many wrist free sessions. I’ve had chronic wrist pain for over a year bc of carrying my child, and has almost given up on yoga. You’ve brought me back to my favorite place! Thanks
Hi James: I can't thank you enough for these wrist-free videos! I had shoulder surgery and can't put my full weight on that shoulder for 6 months after. Your videos have guided me into great yoga practices which have been instrumental in my physical and mental rehabilitation. Thank you.
As someone commented below, almost glad i hurt my hand cause that led me to finding your videos! Lovely practices, strong and with such kind words. Thank you!
James - thanks for uploading this class. I have a periodic neck injury and these hands-free classes work just as well for neck injury / pain. I miss your in-person classes but hopefully will return soon!
I'm so glad I found James. He is now the one I turn to for my morning practice (especially with my wrist injury). He is calm and endearing and warm and genuine. That's what I need to start my day.
My pleasure Karen, and yes always working on filming more videos for this community. I also have some wrist free available over on Patreon, if you feel you want to support me over there. Thanks again for your kindness.
lovely flow. My wrist injury totally threw me out of my practice and this was a wonderful way to come back. thank you and please keep on doing these videos. greetz from germany
Thanks for being here in this community, I plan to get some more videos up, in the next month or two, a lot happening on my side. Until then I hope you can find what you need for the moment here in this channel 😊
Thank you Anne-Sophie, I'm grateful you have enjoyed them. It's been a hectic intense year for me, but I finally have more space to create more flows for RUclips, they will be available soon! Thank you for the ongoing support.
LOVED IT. Thank you James. I also love that you incorporated Tai Chi and Chi Kung into some of the hands free practices. It's so beuatiful. I want to do more of it. Sending you lots of love from Girona x
Thank you for an amazing class. I love dooing yoga every day, and it have been chalenging to find good clases recovering from an operation. But then I found yours. I am so gratefull🙏 Best wishes!
What a wonderful way to start the day! Had a huge smile on my face throughout this. Your energy, gentle humour, excellent instructions make even the stronger moves enjoyable. Your practice definitely has the edge on other RUclips channels. Many thanks for allowing us to share your practice x
Thanks for this James. The balances and Tai Chi were terrific. I still touch the wall a bit for those half moons but balance is better. For the deer pose, when we were sitting up, I used a couple of blocks to place my elbow on instead of my hand and I used a small, narrow block under the lifting hip. These no hands practices are really helpful for someone with chronic wrist and thumb issues. A big merci for continuing to offer this on RUclips.
I'm so happy with your wrist free videos! I subscribed to the Patreon to support. Thanks so much for making such high quality instruction so accessible. I like this splits one a lot because I seem to tear my hamstring really easily whenever I work on the splits. These poses encourage/emphasize stability and strength and don't make it tempting to overstretch the hamstring.
Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm so grateful you enjoyed this flow and it supported you and your hamstrings. Thank you for your support on Patreon, I deeply appreciate it. Helps me continue to provide more for you and the community.
Loved that practice. Having broken my arm and wrist 2years ago, your channel helped me to remain mobile and improved my mental wellbeing. I have since broken my hand so thanks again for being here for us. Namaste
James, a sincere thank you for posting these injury-considerate sequences. They've been a game changer for my mental health during many injuries and also the pandemic. All the very best.
So glad I have found your channel and the range of wrist-free practices that you're offering! I've been dealing with a wrist injury for a couple of months now and struggling to maintain my yoga practice without making it worse. Looking forward to woring my way through all of your videos! :)
I find your practice to be the perfect balance of enjoyment and challenge. You seem like a really beautiful human being. It feels like I'm doing yoga with a friend. Thank you. Namaste 🙏
Just when I was able to practice regular yoga after my wrist injury, I sliced my finger! back to hands free for me while it heals ... Thanks for another lovely practice 💞
love your wrist free series. it’s great to have a regular practice again after stopping due to wrist injuries a year ago, especially since this has coincided with other health issues. so important to get on the mat for mental, physical, and spiritual help. thank you!!
Nine month with a fractured elbow and three operations, what would I have done without your videos to maintain my flexibility. Thank you so much James and have a wonderful Christmas time 🎐
Happy to help Yvonne, sorry to hear about the ongoing surgeries and recovery you are going through. So proud that you haven't given up your practice! Such an inspiration. Thank you for being here!
I had just reflected that a specific hip release practice would be very welcome and thought about mentioning that - and then I came across this. Thank you once again, James. I come home from work every afternoon now, looking forward to spending time in your lovely, inspiring company. You are such a blessing.
I absolutely enjoy your wrist free flows and the occasional Qigong-touch - please continue with this, I would love to see more! :) Just sometimes I would love for it to be a little slower, just to have a little more time at each step of a flow and feeling less rushed into the next pose 😅
Hi James! I love your class. Being a warrior with a wrist injury, I really appreciate a class that helps me practice yoga in spite of the injury. I wholeheartedly thank you for your classes. However, I'm curious to know why do you only upload wrist-free yoga classes? If you find this question invasive or unnecessary feel free to ignore it. Sending you love and light. Thank you ☺️🙏🏾
This was great, definitely the hardest video since my hernia, which was 4 months ago tomorrow. One issue I do have, is when you do a challenging sequence where we are facing away from you, that was especially tough in this one.
Beautiful class thank you! And YES I love the micro details- they help immensely, especially in areas where I generally have pain and those little adjustments make a world of difference!
Thank you! Your videos are now my favorite. I really enjoy your approach and enjoy the fact that you get a bit of challenge and really flow sensations.
I was so dedicated to doing Yoga with Adriene, but she had only so many wrist free practices, so I searched for others and am so glad I can Move with James now! Thank you so much for making these amazing videos
Gr8 one as usual! even though the front splits I can access doing it hands free was a balancing challenge and really made me aware of the muscles I use. My tiger sometimes became kittens from all the concentration!! cant wait for next one
Hi James, absolutely love your practice. The links to your newsletter/retreats/courses lead to "page not found" on my end. Looking forward to checking them out.
Another great class with you, James! I'm currently recovering from right wrist surgery, thus your classes will be so much appreciated in the weeks to come! Thank you :)
Thanks again James, love your classes! My hubby and I practice each Saturday to one of your great classes. He has a permanent wrist and hand injury so these classes are fantastic and allows us to practice together... much love x
Another great hands free practice. The flow, strength building and stretching at the end of the day make me feel much better. Thank you! Looking forward to the next new practice.
Your flows are so FUN!! Half moon used to be a challenge, but I've gotten much better after practicing the hands free versions. Really enjoy your mix of poses & exploring ones I haven't done before!!
Another amazing class. Graceful and fun. Loved the tiger. Made me smile and feel strong and light at the same time. This is also the closest I have ever come to a straight-leg forward fold while keeping my belly on my thighs. Thanks for this and for all that you do.
Hi Ali, Thank you for asking! Unfortunately I've stopped my weekly classes just recently, but I will occasionally still run workshops and courses at Equinox. Hope to see you there one day!
Thanks James for your Handsfree Flows!
If possible I would be very happy about a 30-minute Deep Stretch Routine 🤍
Thanks Carina, I'll add it to my list of requests and see when I get time to film more. Thank you for the suggestion!

Ha Alice !
My thoughts as well. Without a broken wrist I never would have found James.
Now I do not know what to do without him 😉
I feel exactly the same. It was only searching for wrist free practices that brought me to James, and I am immensely grateful for that blessing.
