- This short, full body yoga flow will get you warm, energised, and feeling good for the day ahead (without putting weight in your hands!).
It’s active enough to wake you up, but gentle enough to not completely wipe you out or stress you out before the day ahead.
We take a hands free modified vinyasa yoga flow, with uplifting standing balances and tension relieving forward folds and hip releases.
Suitable for beginners and all levels of practice.

I just found your videos and can't tell you how happy I am to see you put out so many wrist free classes!! I have pretty bad compaction in my right wrist and my chiropractor told me to stop all pressure...even though I'd been doing yoga on my fists, I was still having a lot of trouble with night pain. I thought I'd have to give up yoga flows altogether and really didn't want to! Very grateful to see there are options for engaging flows that still can involve challenge without the wrist pressure!! Many thanks!

Thank you so much, I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand in March and my left in May. I also believe that starting the day with yoga is awesome but with my hands recovering from surgery I was a bit lost. Your video is amazing, and you flow is lovely, the right amount of stillness and movement to start the day, along with your calming voice. This is my first morning doing this flow and I am beaming because I know that I can continue stretching without my hands/wrists.

I come to these wrist-free videos not because of wrist injury, but because of neck and shoulder issues that make it difficult to perform certain yoga postures without too much strain/tension that cause me tension migraines. I really love your yoga flows because even though they are wrist-free, they are still very engaging, challenging, and I still learn something new with each video. Thank you!

I practised with you after an operation on my hand in 2022 and you saved my life as there are not alot of options for wrist free that I enjoy, I got better but have arthritis in the other wrist, (sods law), and was dispondent, then I remembered your practice and feel very happy to have practicised with you today, thankyou, and I will try the Qijong also, thankyou I love your channel, being an ex pat in Montreal, I feel so happy to be part of your practice, take care Deborah xx

Over 60...and just loving how you can make us smile at our 'wobbles' and get stronger to flow into the fiery friendly dragon poses! I truly appreciate all the videos (the wrist free ones due to computer work for too many years...), love the boat poses!! The abs are slowly showing again! As much as I would love to join others with regards to you creating more videos for us 😁, I can actually satisfy my daily 'workout' and finding 'peace' when combining two of your videos....plus, I am french speaking also, so I did find one in France that has a bit of your attitude, so not too serious but true 'workout's for strength and peace....healing inside and out, my mother passed away a few weeks ago, and it was not a peaceful journey for her...your videos have helped me deal with her suffering and hopefully will slowly take away the sadness and anxiety I feel from being so helpless during her final journey.....Many many thanks, I am so very happy that you are helping all of us! Will remain patient for more...

Too many fast moving vinyasa flow sessions resulted in an elbow injury... which resulted in the unexpected pleasure of finding your channel. Wonderful! Now I am addressing my sacroiliac dysfunction from decades of overenthusiastic stretching. I am learning to do modifications for all asymmetrical poses. Would love to see you address this challenge in some videos!
