wooo! chair pose seem like a walk in the park compared to goddess pose sheesh 😭🤣 but I loved it!
That Goddess pose almost took a brother out, my thighs were burning! Great "Standing" practice!
I was pleasantly surprised to see this practice as an option since I’m currently in physical therapy for my hand. 🙌🏽

Good luck with your wrist! I had surgery for a broken wrist about 10 months ago and it takes a lot of time. Hang in there. Arianna has really helped with the strengthening process. What a Godsend.

I had surgery on my finger tendon on Monday so my yoga needs to be mostly hands free for a while- this is without doubt one of my favorite yoga videos I’ve ever followed along with!!!

I'm very thankful for this class cause I recently found out I have a mal formation in my left wrist, what causes a lot of discomfort and pain... when I heard about that I cried thinking I would never do yoga again! But here I am, doing yoga as I always did. Wish me luck on my upcoming surgery. Much love from Brazil :)

I liked the concept of hands free/shoulder friendly yoga. Thank you for creating the class. I would like to see the same concept but with added standing poses such as tree or dancer.

Omg please do more of this. I struggle on and off with carpal tunnel and currently in PT for my shoulders and hand - so this was much needed!
This was the calmest yoga session ever! I had a vaccine shot on the left arm yesterday and it still hurts. I needed to adjust the intensity when I stretch out the left arm (or let go of the pain mentally), but other parts of my body was so happy! I needed to stretch out and move a bit, and this session was perfect. Thank you!!

lovely flow my only recommendation is to tell your students to externally rotate their shoulders when they interlace their arms behind their back as this will help your students access the pose more. thank you Arianna xx

This was amazing! Yoga is so helpful for me, but I haven’t been able to do it for a while because I’ve had tendinitis in my arm for a while and I didn’t know their was yoga that didn’t use your wrists! Thank you - please make more like this!

Picked up a hand injury on a run recently so while that’s healing I was so glad to find this practice! It has its challenges, but it was a lovely flow and got me using my body in a new way rather than just the usual poses! Thank you 😊

Thank you for this practise! It`s perfect for me as I am 7 months pregnant now and planks, chaturanga etc. are not good for my body at the moment :) So I just wanted to say that this practise is very good for pregnant women! :)
Three weeks post partial mastectomy, this was perfect re-entry into movement, without having to put any weight or pressure on the surgical site. Only had to be careful to not stretch/pull the repair too much, which was an easy mod. Thank you so much

This was the first class of yours I have done; I have a wrist injury and have gotten a lil bored with the hands free practices from my regular teacher. I practice every day and I found this class to be perfectly challenging and engaging, but even more important I truly felt spiritually aligned with my body as I moved. I was in a place to really hear your benedictions at the end, and feeling a taste of blessing and worthiness did make me cry, which for me is usually an indication that juicy work is happening haha.
Long story short, you have a new fan. Don't have much I'm able to give but sending what I can do today, plus all my sincerest thanks!! Namaste
