Now builder are planning for Conveyance deed, so in conveyance deed can builder mention shares for committees? the question because two wing have 8 extra flat so they will get more shares and they have pay extra money in common expenses.

Hi Sir Thank you for all the knowledge My Flat is in Building A with 84 members There are 3more Buildings Building B 29 Members Building C 14 members A/B/C all are Registered cooperative housing society Building D which has 15 members is not yet become a CHS Then there are 36 Hutmen The land on which all of these stand was given to a developer for 99 years by our landowner but for some reason the development stopped and these 36 hut-men remain has it is and the last building also didn’t form a society I have found that each of these building which is become a society can get deemed conveyance with leasehold Rights that if each member has paid their flat stamp duty What happens to the building which is not become a society and what about the hut men we want to go for Redevelopment this whole plot is on one cts number the landlord and developer both are not giving us any information they just say a case is going on between them I want to know what’s our future

You have not focussed on one point . Deemed conveyance is not possible if the land lord dosent sign the papers who himself is also the member of the society and his having flats over there and his name is on property card. 😅😅 and is not willing to help at all.
