Hello sir, I had booked a 2bhk flat in 2021 in interest free scheme, paid 5 lacs to builder so far, its almost 3 years now but construction did not start due revised plan and as per builder they are not getting necessary approvals from PMC hence its getting delayed. Now they offered me to move in to other project in same area but rate is high almost 20 lacs more compared to my booked flat other option is to take my paid money back. My query is for 3 years I waited and my money got stuck so I'm not getting property nor any benefits. So as per RERA Am I eligible for compensation? Please suggest
You booked a property 3 years ago. So the same property would have also appreciated in 3 years. So when he is asking you to move to a different project even though the price is Rs 20 lacs more, ideally he shouldn't be asking extra money from you Bcoz you are just swapping from one project to another and it's Bcoz of builders fault. You are not cancelling your earlier Booking and moving to another but It's Bcoz of builder you have to move to a different project. So either he swaps the deal without asking anything Extra unless there is change in carpet area. Otherwise ethically he cannot ask for extra money. Yes you have all the right as a customer to approach Maharera and lodge a complaint. In this case definitely you will either swapped to a New project without paying extra or your entire money will be refunded with interest as per provision of Maharera rules. Also before Buying any property, check all the papers thoroughly. Appoint a Lawyer and get it vetted.

Worst , Bad , Average , Good , Very Good, Excellent, Superb.( Ranking criteria) As per above ranking criteria, I would say Good. VTP hasn't made any premium or luxury property yet. They are into mass scale & mid segment project development. So whatever they have constructed till date, based on that I can say they are Good.

Keya mujhe koi help mill sakta hain aapka company ki taraf sei? Agar aap bole toh main aap se baat kar sakta hoon iss matter ke bare mein. Mera sister uddhar rehte hain lekin woh koi help mujhe nehi karenge. Uss locality ko main pura pehchanta hoon issliye uddhar mein hi rehna chahta hoon. Kaise aapke saath baat kia ja sakta hain? Sir I purchased a resale flat in oct 2023 through broker but later I found the mseb meter connection was discounted (DP) though supply was on but billing was inactive. I had to pay for a new connection and cleared previous dues. I'm asking for a refund of these to the broker but he's not ready to pay. What to do... Please guide....

Jb 2-3 mahine bill nhi aya aur mseb office Jake pucha to pata chala consumer no ka account discounted hai wo naye account/meter ke liya apply Krna padega... please guide.. Aur ha broker maharera ki site pr registered hai...
