One of the tactic broker used when showing us our house was creating a scenario ( real or fake i dont know ) that there is a lot of demand for the flat we were being shown. He was telling us there are 2 other families who have liked the house and one of them has a grandma who really liked the house. I guess this is a sales tactic so i cant fault him. But.. While while going through the house, he was not allowing us to inspect the house in detail ( ofcourse not abruptly stopping us , but indirectly telling us to hurry up ) .... Later on after buying the house we came to know, alot of the shelves needed to be repaired and replaced along witg other fixtures in the house ( which was supposed to be furnished ) . Ultimately we came to know maintenance was substantial, and all those good looking furniture and wall fittings , etc were not in good condition even though they looked good.
