Noida mai aap plots pe 3-4 floor jarur bana sakte ho but har floor alag alag nahi bik sakta Ghaziabad ya Gurgaon ki treh. Puri kothi ka malikana hak sirf ek aadmi ko milta hai because of lease hold.

Inamul, sale deed is a type of title deed. Any deed that transfers title of a property is a title deed. So a sale deed, a gift deed, exchange deed etc. are all examples of title deed.
Mutation ka koi certificate nahin hota hai, revenue records update karane ko mutation kehte hain. Aap apna land record (UP mein ise khasra khatauni kehte hain) online download kar sakte hain. Iske bare mein main jald hi video banaoonga.
Sale Deed ko hi bainama kehte hain.
Umeed karta hoon aapke saare sawalon ke jawab mile honge aapko.

Sir is video me apne btaya ki agar state ya govt freehold Vali property kisi individual ko sell krti hai to usme conveyance deed aati hai. Or ek video apki or hai hai jisme apne btaya tha ki sale deed relinquish deed gift deed etc all are forms of conveyance deed. Yes Gaurav. Some states use conveyance deed when the property is made freehold for the first time, while others sell on Sale Deed. Both documents are OK.

Hi Shivam. Aap ek baar registry ka confirm kar lijiye aur saath mein koi lock-in period to nahin hai. Agar property freehold hai, koi lock-in period nahin hai aur sale deed ho sakti hai to koi problem nahin honi chahiye.
