I saw in many projects that builder got OC without pcmc,PMC water connection like in tathawade Kohinoor sapphire 1 so how they got OC as they don't require pcmc water connection and as we know water connection provided by pcmc but it should be considered while getting noc as we can see due to this maintenance charges are increased and people facing more issues whey they occupied their property without water connection
I bought flat in pcmc. My building is almost complete and people are living there. When i contacted sales team he said in pcmc we get only CC and not the OC.is it true ? Should i take posession Without it ?

Hello, I got the possession of a flat in September 2023 and got the possession letter as well, but the sale deed is still pending and the builder is telling sale deed will happen in 2028 after completion of the entire project. Is it legally correct to not register sale deed by the builder even after handover of flat. Because without sale deed legally I am still not the owner of my flat. I checked with the bank from which I took Home Loan (BOB) and they also don't have the requirement of Sale Deed. Please suggest if the delay in sale deed is legally fine for both the parties?

builder can't sell Parking, it is free as a part of your flat ... if it is open parking then it doesn't matter , it is available for use for all any way.. if it closed parking then you are lucky to have 2 parking space at no cost

I booked a flat in 2021 and the possession date was 23/12/2023 as per agreement and now it's delayed by 8 months now bt still I feel it will take another 1 year, so if I file a case in RERA portal against builder as possession delayed and expecting compensation from builder untill I get possession. So any idea of doing such thing against builder, will there be any harm/issue for buyer in future. Or this is totally fine as per process On rera project completion date is mentioned as 25 dec 2026

What if OC received and after that these leakages were observed then how to tackle that situation?
First, inform the developer about the issues. If their actions are not satisfactory, file a case against the developer in RERA.
