    Ye itna complicated kyun hai? Society form hoti hai tabhi compulsory kyun nahi kiya jata Conveyance deed ko? Matlab bohot se log sirf flat ke user hai.... Nam ke owner hai.... Aur aisi cheez ke liae jindagi bhar emi bharate rehate hai....

    Builder is asking to sign a possession acknowledgement letter where it is mentioned ,that we will not force them to execute conveyance deed . Name is Puranik Builder.can we deny to sign it?

    मैं मुंबई में रहता हूँ और मैंने एक प्रोजेक्ट में फ़्लैट बुक किया था। मैंने अब तक ४५ लाख रुपये अदा किये हैं बुकिंग, स्टैम्प ड्यूटी सब मिलाकर, लेकिन आगे पैसे की कमी के कारण मैं इस प्रोजेक्ट से बाहर होना चाहता हूँ। प्रमोटर से मैंने वैसे लिखित में दें दिया है। प्रमोटर ने cancellation deed साइन करने को कहा है उसके बाद ही पैसा देनें कि बात कर रहा है। क्या करे?

      Deemed Conveyance is the way only, in that you can go against builder. Just you have to pay more cost for legel.

    The biggest crook in builder fraternity is " clover builder "
    Look at what he did in a society in nibm. This builder refused to give conveyance deed even after 15 years and went on to build another building on a amenity space.

    Sir, I am looking to buy 2 bhk in wakad. I came across one flat which I liked. But the flat owner is secon owner. If I purchase I will become third owner. तो ये गुड decision हैं क्या? इस वजह से क्या फ्लॅट का वल्युएशन कम होता हैं

      How does it matter if you are third-fourth or even tenth owner? If the property is still in good condition and it suits you in every way that's all that matters. Stop looking at property as just a means to buy and sell later and earn money. Look at it from perspective of living in it. The flat/society/locality which is good to live will always remain relevant
