Ye itna complicated kyun hai? Society form hoti hai tabhi compulsory kyun nahi kiya jata Conveyance deed ko? Matlab bohot se log sirf flat ke user hai.... Nam ke owner hai.... Aur aisi cheez ke liae jindagi bhar emi bharate rehate hai....
I have seen a society where society are not ready for Conveyance deed can you imagine Developer has record of 100% conveyance deed in past old projects all developer are not bad
Builder is asking to sign a possession acknowledgement letter where it is mentioned ,that we will not force them to execute conveyance deed . Name is Puranik Builder.can we deny to sign it?

The biggest crook in builder fraternity is " clover builder " Look at what he did in a society in nibm. This builder refused to give conveyance deed even after 15 years and went on to build another building on a amenity space.

How does it matter if you are third-fourth or even tenth owner? If the property is still in good condition and it suits you in every way that's all that matters. Stop looking at property as just a means to buy and sell later and earn money. Look at it from perspective of living in it. The flat/society/locality which is good to live will always remain relevant
