Great little routine 👍 I go through phases with regularly practicing yoga, and I must say I notice the difference very quickly, stretching is so underrated but makes such a difference

Thanks Heather, Simple and can be done in 10minutes anywhere. I've noticed an improvement (but then, I never did any non-running exercises). Thanks for watching!

Great exercises here Francois. A lot of these moves I do a version of in my running drills but haven't tried them as more static exercises. Going to give these a go, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing what you've been up to with the kettlebell too!

Cheers Ben, In my case, simple but effective, same goes for the kettlebell workout. For now I'm happy I'm just recovering correctly and found a new set of exercises to compliment my running.

Its really good to see runners like yourself doing videos like this. ANY runner will benefit from strength and mobility work, whether they are 5k speedsters or mega long ultra runners. A really good set of exercises you have here that I will add to my different routines. Great video! 👍

Thanks Phil, I know they're simple, but have made a world of difference to me and let's be honest, unless we're all elites athletes, we don't have time for a half day routine! Thanks for watching!

That's a great selection of exercise and stretches Francois! I do a few of those myself and I am glad I have a few new ones to try now too. Glad that they are working for you mate. Hopefully that means you will be back running full time soon! 😎🤘

Cheers Ben. Basic, I know but seriously has made a difference to my creaking body! 😂 Slowly getting back to it. Aiming to be back fully for my next race end of April.

Thanks so much for stopping by and watching. Yeah that SDW100 was a baptism of fire! Had to dig so deep for that one. I need to go back one day to prove to myself it wasn't a fluke! 😝
