ARC of ATTRITION 100 | Mandatory kit & how I've prepared!

In under two week's time I'll be on the start line of the famous Arc of Attrition 100 mile ultra marathon along the South West Coast Path in Cornwall in mid winter.
Here's everything I've been doing to prepare in training and all the kit on the mandatory kit list, plus my extras. I'll also go over how I fit it all into my race pack.
