Hi Kendall! THank you so much for taking the time to leave me this lovely compliment!! :) I'm glad you've found the pace to be just right. It can still be challenging even while moving a little slower! I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
Hi Louise! YES! I know 100% how you feel! I can't tell you how often I don't want to get up but then after just a few minutes of moving or stretching I'm in such a better mood! Moving really does make you happy!!
Hello Kate, This was very challenging for me, but I managed to finish it, I will work more on my core, Thank you for bringing such great Pilates routines!!!
@@KaitCoats You are definitely on my top list of my favorite RUclipsr Pilates Instructors . Don't ever stop Kate 💗. My anxiety has decreased ever since I started my Pilates routines with you and now I am also trying to learn Yoga . Thanks 😊
@@rosag7386 Oh my gosh! Thank you for sharing that with me! ❤It's really amazing what mindful movement can do for you! Pilates and yoga are so much more than exercise for my body too! I"m so happy it's making a difference for you! FYI - I'm planning on regularly having a live yoga class on Thursdays here on RUclips. I don't have an exact time yet, because there's some noisy construction going on in my apartment building creating a less than calm environment for yoga lol, but this week I plan on teaching a slow flow class using the wall, which can be SO relaxing and calming when I'm feeling anxious, maybe you'll like it too!
Another amazing session! I've started doing one of your classes everyday since being diagnosed with a hypermobile condition and have never felt better! Thank you so much!!
Hi Joanna! I am so pleased to hear you say that. Pilates is a wonderful tool for those with hypermobility! the slow methodical approach to moving your body and activating the correct muscles without going overboard is incredibly challenging for those with hypermoblity. Always go at your own pace and you'll keep feeling better and better! Please let me know if you have any questions at all! I am always all ears!
If you feel strain in the neck while lifting, simply set your head and chest down. That's a sign your abdominal muscles aren't working and your using your shoulders/neck instead. Just do the moves without lifting the head and chest and concentrate on your tummy muscles staying engaged.
I enjoy your classes so much! I am fairly new to Pilates & your teaching is at a perfect pace for me :) thank you for sharing your gifts with us! 🙏🏼
