Thank you! I was in a car accident 18 months ago and suffered a brain injury, fractured pelvis and fractured hip. Due to balance issues resulting from my head injury, I am unable to play tennis or run (what I did prior to the accident to stay well). I tried a few other websites and online classes, but lost interest after a few. Your workouts are fantastic and varied, so I’m not getting bored. You have a faithful follower here!
Aww thank you Amena! I have been loving creating videos! It's been my silver lining this year! I will absolutely continue making lots and lots for you to choose from! :)
Hi Kate I've been following you for awhile now but unfortunately, I haven't been doing my pilates with you for a year now. Life stuff has been difficult and I'm I'm need of of some urging to carry on with my workouts. Anyway thank you!
Hi Jacqueline!! I know the feeling!! Even for me, life really can get in the way! I have let my own practice fall to the wayside too! I think it's such an important step to acknowledge that you want to get back in the swing of things and then just do your best! Even if you want to do a class 3 days a week, but only do 1 or 2, that's still awesome!! My suggestion would maybe try one of the 30 day challenges I've made. That way you don't have to search for your next class you just follow along. (reminder, you don't actually have to do all the videos every day in a row! You can just do them at your own pace!) Let me know how it goes!! :) I'm cheering you on!!
As always, u never disappoint! I always know if it’s one of ur workouts, it’s going to be a blast!! U have helped my strength grow more and more every day! Thanks!! 💖
I was wondering why this is intermediate until.... u know how to make it gradually difficult... amazing session thank you once again for making new innovative moves.
Really enjoyed this as have stuck to your beginners classes and thought I would try this, I felt like I had achieved more - as I was able to do it and felt more challenged and this was a good mix.
YAY!! that's a wonderful accomplishment! A slow and steady practice leads to that long term strength that stays with you! I am so proud of you!! Hope you are proud of yourself!
This is an intermediate class. I would suggest starting with beginner or complete beginner classes. Lifting the chest from the floor takes a considerable amount of strength and body/breath awareness. You should not be experiencing pain when completing any exercises. If you do have pain, you should stop and figure out why. I always say, to set your head/chest/leg/any body part down and reset if you need to. There's nothing wrong with taking a break to really feel in control of your body.
Incredible ♥️love this video
