I am 59 years old and have been following Kait since lockdown in April. There are such a variety of workouts, I do a different one most days. I have never been in such good shape. Just did this intermediate workout and loved it! More intermediate please!

Hi Kait! I did this class this morning. I was feeling tired although not lacking sleep and since then I've been feeling amazing. Plus, I'm quite proud to have been able to follow an intermediate class as I'm a beginner and usually has to rely on alternate versions of a few movements when following non-beginner classes (my whole body was shaking at some point but I didn't feel any strong discomfort). I really appreciate the pace of the exercises and the tone of your voice: you create a flow that is easy to follow, with the right dose of effort. Your classes make me joyful, relaxed and energized at the same time, it's a game changer in my day! Thank you for your wonderful work ❤️

Thanks so much for this video! Great workout. I’m finding I’m struggling with my hip flexors over-activating. Do you have any tips to help keep the work in my core and take some pressure off my hip flexors? Thank you again!
Hi Kait, I badly broke my right ankle 8 weeks ago & a lot of my strength has disappeared. What would you recommend as the best daily exercise to try & get some strength back in my right leg? Thank you kindly
Hi there Christopher! Oh shoot! I am so sorry to hear about your injury! I hope you are feeling better and keeping your spirits up! Well this Friday I do have a video coming out specifically for ankle stability and mobility. I'll talk about proper foot placement and where we want our weight distributed within our feet. It's a slower class, but one that can be very important in helping to regain strength. Then in two weeks 8/19 I have a class that is meant for strengthening the back, but the first section really focuses on glute strength. Those two could be very helpful for you. In the meantime, do you have any resistance bands at home? They can be both challenging and very therapeutic after injuries
