    Your classes are wonderful and are the perfect way for me to start the day. I have been doing your classes for about 8 Months and feel so strong. It’s empowering to be aware of core strength as I go through the day. I am my 60’s and feel so vibrant thanks Kait!

    I've been finding your classes that spend a lot of time on the hands and wrists to be pretty challenging.
    I'm still healing from a broken wrist from last December. I can put weight on that wrist for short durations, but when leg lifting is required on the same side as my injured wrist, I become imbalanced because I have to put more weight into the other wrist.
    I have modified by going down onto my forearms, but that can also get pretty challenging in my neck, shoulders, & upper back.
    I want to challenge my wrist to help strengthen it, but at the same time avoid aggravating it. I've been trying to find more videos that only spend a bit of time on the wrists.
    Thank you for the regular reminders about engaging our core, tightening our thutt, & other things. I especially find it easy to forget about my core if I'm concentrating on a challenging movement.

    Absolutely love your classes! Being a mum, 20minute workouts are so great and they are still challenging enough! I do one in the morning and if I get a chance at night I will do one too. Thank you so much, from New Zealand ;)

      Good! Yes, I often hear from students who beat themselves up if they can't get in a whole hour or 45 minutes, but 20 minutes of movement is great! It adds up and your body will always appreciate you doing something kind for it whether it's 2 minutes, 20, or 120!

I realize some people want that drill sergeant of an instructor but that is certainly not me! I'd rather you be laughing and smiling while you move your body!       Oh wow! Thank you Gemma Hurley! That is so thoughtful to say! You are making me blush! Lockdown has been extremely challenging for me as well. I don't think I realized just how much of an extrovert I really am! Lol creating my channel has been a way for me to continue teaching and get to connect with people! So thank you for taking the time to share! While we aren't in the same room teaching, I love getting to hear from students and build a connection online! I can't tell you how exciting it is for me to get to hear from students all over the world who I usually would never get a chance to teach. Hope you keep joining me for class whenever you can!

    I've thoroughly enjoyed your workouts recently, I tried the gym before lock down and got bored as didn't see much results, I'm going thru early menopause and gained a lot of weight, but I feel like I can actually feel like by body is starting to tone up at bit, I try to do 5 times a week but have just spotted yr 10mins ones which I might try on an eve. ;) thank u

      Hi Red Panda squad! That's amazing to hear! If you can't tell from my classes, I am a huge proponent of working at your own pace. Every body is different and no one is going to want/need the exact same thing. That's actually one of the coolest things (to me anyway) about online classes. You can search and find the right instructor and the right class that's fitting your body and mood each day! I feel so honored you have been enjoying mine!!
