niceee im doing workout since January but didn't expected to get quarantined so yeah.. now i want to lose weight with the time i have during quarantine (maybe my country's quarantine might be extended until May or June soooo yeah.. been quarantined since 18March )
@craisins 86 yes. I feel like the core needs to be very well strengthened by other means or by one on one personal plates before attempting any of these videos. They always have moves that cause extreme stress & injury to the lower back if its not very strong & I find those moves are never walked through properly, to protect the back.
you guys this is definitely for beginners. if you’re out of shape, it’ll be hard and you’ll get really sweaty, like I am right now, but it’s not as difficult as other pilates. not at all.

You will know when you can move on when this routine is no longer challenging for you If you can go through the whole routine without pausing like the instructor, you are good to continue on to something more challenging Practice makes perfect
I did 10 minutes of this but with no break and I can't do a few exercises properly cuz my legs are kinda bended and it's really hard to get them straight. Is it fine? Cuz it's my first day

For real, eventhough I'm feeling so much pain while doing this, I feel soo refreshed after the whole routine done and my body just feels so nice. It's my second day following this video and I feel like I'm getting better at doing the poses compared to yesterday ^^

I'm 55 and no longer have a core. Tried this workout a few times last year and kept saying I would get back to it. Here goes round two. Will do my best to try and stick with it.

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I normally do some form of cardio for 45 mins to an hour. I just started watching this video 12 days ago. I am definitely noticing a difference in my midsection, especially my lower belly. My posture has improved and I have less back pain. I'm excited to see the results 30 days in.

Great workout, I was moaning in pain the entire time but nobody saw me so I'll call it a success. your instructions were very clear and easy to follow, I had to take a few brief rests but overall I feel very good right now. Thanks so much Kait

@@ika36911 Yes! I lost 7 kilograms since I started. It's perfect to the body if you want to lose weight but you don't want to gain muscles in spite of you get stronger.
@@yasminshaikh1373 I don't remember clearly how long it took me to lose that weight, but I remember that it was my prom night and with covid it wasn't known if it was going to be possible to do it when they suddenly told us that it would be possible. So, I had to desperately look for a way to lose weight. I suppose it took me a month or three weeks to go from 65kg to 60kg but it was with a diet based on milk shakes that were the only thing I ate per day.
I just recently got back into pilates after several years of intermittent work outs with my young son "helping" lol. I chose this video because I had reached the end of my memory for beginner routines and I have to say, your demonstration was even better than I'd hoped for. Your instructions were simple to follow and keep up with while still providing enough variation and challenge to get a good workout and feel like I accomplished something. I'm definitely going to add your exercises to the ones I'm doing now, your teaching really is lovely. Thank you so much for helping me feel the burn in all the right places 😁

Namjoon from BTS has some killer thighs he says he does pilates so I wanted to know how it was done. I’m so out of shape my legs were burning 🥵 good video tho I didn’t have to constantly look up to understand the positions 👏🏼

Here is how/why: I'm 63, and altho I've always been physically active (as a single mom, I raised 3 sons and one daughter, while working fulltime), I've recently realized that it's been years since I did actual exercises! Yours are wonderful... and actually do-able! Lol. Thx so much!
Thank you for the hundreds modification! This is my second pilates workout ever, and I definitely need little breaks as I build up to holding my head and shoulders up in proper form for the whole sequence.

This is great! Thank you. I've had some disabilities that stopped me in my tracks when I was the most fit doing Pilates. I'm finally at a place where I can start again (though it will be years before I can back to what I was) and these exercises reminds me of ones I used to do using the reformer. I have made a few modifications to some of the moves to make them less strenuous, but I'll get back there. One of the modifications I made is the plank. Ive kept the knees on the floor instead of lifting them up.

the moves were good but it was SOOOO annoying when the lady did not know a certain work because I was just like staying there for 20seconds waiting for the lady to figure out the word resistance.
My doctor suggested this because I have a really bad curved spine and strengthening my core will help me in the long run. I like this video because it the routine is not impossible but great for a beginner and I can already feel a difference. Thank you

It’s a really great pilates workout session for beginners! I have been doing it for the past two days and i can already feel lightness and more flexibility in my body!

i just started doing this and even if i did have a little bit of a struggle i definitely had so much fun and time went by very quickly. if it's harder for some, i recommend listening to some music at the same time to take your mind off the pain!

As a Beginner Yogi(about 4 months) I have to say this Pilates video is an awesome workout as a go to in between when I want to take a break from the hour long vinyasa ♥️ This video is always 20 minutes well spent
I love this little workout. It's a nice length whilst my baby is napping and makes me feel good 😃 it's helped my tummy tighten back up after c section too.
I suffered injury of my knees 1 year ago from weight training and it's still in the healing process and this is the only pilates video that I can do with my brittle knees. Thank you for this. :')
I have very active fibromyalgia and I've been having a hard time finding a decent workout plan while in lockdown to substitute swimming and this really did it for me. Its hard to find something that's gentle on the body while also giving it enough of a workout. Thanks a lot
Got a random and very rare spike of energy to fo a workout (which I havent done in years by the way) so I paused netflix and did this workout. Wasnt as hard as i thought for something that transforms your body..... until i got to the little circles 😂 but this is something I'll definately take the time of day to do when I wake up or am about to go to bed. Wow it was so hard especially the next 10 minutes I could not continue with those circles at all my legs were burning I can’t wait to see results with these I will continue doing this on alternate days given how sore I am.
Doing this every other day during lockdown. Still missing the gym loads but alternating with this and body pump each day is helping me feel active and my muscles definitely ache after doing this - always a good sign!

my 4th day doing this and I definitely find it easier day after day, it's a good one to keep your body active, stretched and toned!!

I read all these comments about how difficult it was, but I found it to be just mildly so. Which I very happy about because that means I'm more in shape than I thought.
I tried this first time and I was cry laughing when it got to the legs cause I couldn't hold them up long enough to save myself 😂

Kait, altho you uploaded this video 3 yrs ago, I've just now come across it. Here is how/why: I'm 63, and altho I've always been physically active (as a single mom, I raised 3 sons and one daughter, while working fulltime), I've recently realized that it's been years since I did actual exercises! Yours are wonderful... and actually do-able! Lol. Thx so much!
Thank you for the hundreds modification! This is my second pilates workout ever, and I definitely need little breaks as I build up to holding my head and shoulders up in proper form for the whole sequence.

This is great! Thank you. I've had some disabilities that stopped me in my tracks when I was the most fit doing Pilates. I'm finally at a place where I can start again (though it will be years before I can back to what I was) and these exercises reminds me of ones I used to do using the reformer. I have made a few modifications to some of the moves to make them less strenuous, but I'll get back there.
One of the modifications I made is the plank. Ive kept the knees on the floor instead of lifting them up.
That's a wonderful attitude to have! Stay positive and take everything at your own pace and yes you'll be stronger before you know it!!

the moves were good but it was SOOOO annoying when the lady did not know a certain work because I was just like staying there for 20seconds waiting for the lady to figure out the word resistance.

My doctor suggested this because I have a really bad curved spine and strengthening my core will help me in the long run. I like this video because it the routine is not impossible but great for a beginner and I can already feel a difference. Thank you

I want to try pilates for a week.
Day 1: It was not difficult overall the toughest part is the circular movement with the leg.
This was good but tough as a beginner. After doing a walk-run treadmill workout, this was a good way to end the workout week.

i just started doing this and even if i did have a little bit of a struggle i definitely had so much fun and time went by very quickly. if it's harder for some, i recommend listening to some music at the same time to take your mind off the pain!

As a Beginner Yogi(about 4 months) I have to say this Pilates video is an awesome workout as a go to in between when I want to take a break from the hour long vinyasa ♥️

I love this little workout. It's a nice length whilst my baby is napping and makes me feel good 😃 it's helped my tummy tighten back up after c section too.
How long did it take to tone up the tummy with this workout?
I suffered injury of my knees 1 year ago from weight training and it's still in the healing process and this is the only pilates video that I can do with my brittle knees. Thank you for this. :')
I have very active fibromyalgia and I've been having a hard time finding a decent workout plan while in lockdown to substitute swimming and this really did it for me. Its hard to find something that's gentle on the body while also giving it enough of a workout. Thanks a lot

Got a random and very rare spike of energy to fo a workout (which I havent done in years by the way) so I paused netflix and did this workout. Wasnt as hard as i thought for something that transforms your body..... until i got to the little circles 😂 but this is something I'll definately take the time of day to do when I wake up or am about to go to bed. Wow it was so hard especially the next 10 minutes I could not continue with those circles at all my legs were burning I can’t wait to see results with these I will continue doing this on alternate days given how sore I am.

Doing this every other day during lockdown. Still missing the gym loads but alternating with this and body pump each day is helping me feel active and my muscles definitely ache after doing this - always a good sign!
