I just adore your Pilates routines 💗 but I really craving for a longer version (40-45min please) and perhaps a challenge before the summer! who’s joining me?
I just love like her pilates rutines they are like peaceful, and they actually work for my body i love that she also have like short pilates workout so when you dont have much time or you are not really energized, what i do if i wanna make more pilates i do like a 20 min then a 15 min and finally a 10min but idk i think this are the best pilates i’ve ever tried , love you lidiaa keep going
20 minutes has never gone by so fast! I am so happy as i have started to become consistent with doing workouts and i am noticing a difference physically and mentally. I couldn't have done it without lidia's pilates so thank you so much
Love this and I personally like that you are not giving verbal cues. It makes the workout so much more relaxed just listening to the music, and I can totally disconnect while working out.

I really prefer when you give verbal cues so I’m not straining my neck to see if you changed leg or what exercises is coming next, the verbal cues also help us with better form. I personally can do without the music, the music to me is distracting and clashing with the grace of your workouts! Thank you again! Always enjoy all your content! 💝🙏

My Boyfriend told me when I did Pilates and he said my body Results were almost the same as your body. I confirmed that your Pilates is working. ❤❤❤❤ I just need to reduce the bakery because I enjoy eating it, however, I like nonsweet ice matcha latte because now Thailand is turning to summer. 🍵 😊❤🎉
I watch a lot of workout videos. I don't understand why Lidia doesn't have any talking to tell us what move is next. I don't need a long explanation or anything but just what the move is called and when we swich sides.
