@shanieceross9238 ive been doing them on and off for quite a while but recently ive been really consistent and i swear the difference in my entire body is INSANE.
I absolutely adore this - I used to follow this Pilates routine from an old Vogue book my mom bought back in the 80’s but your videos have taken all the best Pilates moves that I used to do and compiled them into these amazingly fabulous routines that are so easy to follow - thank you Lidia!!!! 💕
Hi Lidia. Firstly, thank you for a great pilates workout. Some food for thought for later pilates videos - when you have ads during the workout it breaks the focus and momentum of the workout (It would be best to do the ads before or after the workout). It would greatly help if you're able to add the name of the next position or show us the next position in the last 10 seconds of the current position so we're able to prepare ourselves for the next workout. If you're planning on changing positions during the same set (e.g. focusing on the left and right side during the same 45 seconds, please let us know so both sides are getting the same amount of seconds and movements). I can't wait for your future pilates videos!
Hi Lidia, I want to write a long review. Thanks to you, I discovered Pilates. And oh my god, this is the best workout ever.Everything is perfect starting from Pilates itself, ending with a melody, a timer, and so on. I used to barely do 10 minute workouts,and here 20-30 minutes pass imperceptibly. I started doing workouts with pleasure. And also I have already seen results after 4-5 workouts. The whole body noticeably tightened up and overall well-being improved. Thank you❤I love, appreciate and respect u💕

day 1: 💗so happy that i was able to do all of it. had my heart racing n body sweating phew
day 2: 💗 done and i feel good
day 3: 💗 done but im still trying to find balance for this one 2:50
day 4: 🙉 had eyeflu so couldnt do it
day 5: 💗 dint have time so i did her other 10min full body workout feels pretty good
day 6 7 : 🙉 i had eye flu
day 8: 💗 we backk yall at 7:12 i am just now realising that i kept resting my chin in my shoulder dont make the same mistake as mee
day 9: 💗 done. before i used to feel like im gonna fall anytime by the end the last exercise but now im able to do it comfortably
day 10: 💗done
day 11: 💗 woah

imma try doing this workout every day. on top of this i do workout in the gym for a bit with some conditioned exercises, and some cardio (treadmill and tennis). i usually eat what i want and don't really change my diet.
so here it goes:

I’ve done it for 3 days now
Day 1 ✅ the first two exercises were kinda hard, especially the second one but overall very good!
Day 2 ✅ i didn’t struggle that much but the second exercise has me suffering
Day 3 ✅ completed first exercise without any struggles, i got sm better on the second one too! i also went to the gym today
Day 4 ✅ it felt sm easier this time!!
Day 5 ✅ even tho i’m on my period i’m still going, also went to the gym today and i will continue doing other workouts now :)
Day 6 ✅ did one of your ab workouts 20 min cause yesterday i had leg day and i thought that some of those exercises may hurt a little bit lol, i might do this one at night before bed!
you got this please don't stop tracking obvi its okay if you do cz try try again but i enjoy keeping up with these and everyone normally ends lol but you got thjis make sure u drink water and eat healthy one thing i started doin is doing natural sugars basically fruit when i start craving or the feeling to binge and less fat i try to do walking through out the day playing ball outside doin Pilates or just dancing in my room great way to burn Cals and for water at least 8 cups of 16oz 1 cup is 8 oz so 2 cups of water in a glass which will be 128oz which is a gallon or a lil over a gallon just keep your head up and remeber don't over work yourself you know your body best so if you feel strong aches and pains its okay to stop the vid wait take a break even come back to it the next day being healthy and fit is the best being unhealthy or eating less and overworking it isnt so good if you think your barely eating and trying to overwork yourself this truly might not be for you it can cause ed js be smart bc you might think i have fat on me or have a lil stomach pooch but theres always someone for everyone so trust me even if you are big you dont have to be skinny bc skinny isn't magic but as long as your eating healthy and 1,200 to 2,000 cals of the healthier options just listen to your body and youll be loved no matter what you look like i struggle with confidence a lot esspecially being skinny but having a gut but ik im loved and beautiful the world might try to tell you diffrent but their js sad with their own life and truky have nothing better to do be strong be smart think before your actions and you got this
@@zoeyy7012 thank you so much for your kind words 🩷 the natural sugar thing is something that has helped me also a lot! i love fruits and it’s good instead of eating something really unhealthy, but ofc that’s okay cause i ate cookies for breakfast today haha!! i love dancing in my room also as a workout even tho i’m horrible at it it’s the best way to exercise. i’ve been struggling to stay hydrated but i just drink a cup of water every hour, that way it’s easier for me :)! Eating disorders are very dangerous, i had one but luckily i recovered now and i’m so much happier! i hope you’re okay and blessed 🫶🏼

@@Jessica12353-m yes I am eating in calorie deficit so 1,800 calories a day and I do her workouts but I do different ones each day. Depends what I feel like. And I am a vegan too coz of food intolerances

This is the first time my abs and legs have actually burned in and after a workout! And I have been working out for 2 years! Even the leg exercises managed to burn my abs!
This is the best pilates workout ive ever done. But the ads are ruining it!!! Its so annoying that u have to stop 5 exercises to skip the ad. But i really love ur workouts tho!! 🥰❤️❤️❤️

Day 3 got a better balance and core engagement.

I really, really loved this! I've never much been into Pilates or yoga (I get very bored very easily), but I really enjoyed this. It felt like I'd worked out without having wasted too much energy :) Also, the outdoor setting was really peaceful.Only let down was the mid roll ads :(

That was.... WAY harder than I assumed. Gonna keep doing this to keep my body mobile while I prepare for exams
D-1- doneeee. Exhausted and it was def tough for me
D-2- did itttt. But I made a few adjustments since the core workout was leaving me unbelievably stuff so I put in some stretches and squats instead of the lunges for now. Better than before and I feel strongerrr yayyy
D-3- rest day (I feel strong)
D-4- did the whole thing. Used slight ankle weights for the leg exercises so the last one was brutal but def feel stronger than when I started and because I'm already thin my core muscles are showing up so good yayyy
D-5- i feel stronger. The exercises are less daunting now. I switch a few movements like doing pushups or squats to keep a variety but i feel sooo stronger yayyy
D-6- okay rest dayyy I have so much energy
D-7- I didn't do this exact video but I took a few exercises from here and actually started using dumbbells, I'm using 2.5kg as starters so I'm excited to how this journey will turn out and this video has just kick started my exercising journey so I'm soooo grateful. Today was def more exhausting but let's gooooo

okay so before this workout i was doing the chloe thing 2 weeks shred challenge but i just got bored and on my rest day i decided to try this workout and i loved it! its so calming but also hard to do and thats a great mix!
this is my day 3 of doing this workout and i am also doing the 2 weeks abs from chloe thing! im going today for a bike and for a swim with my friends!

hi! so pilates is a low intensity workout, which is help mind-body connection so it is really effective. other workouts like cardio is high-intensity so it make your heartbeat go up☺️
