What this, so called, expert doesn't understand is that you cannot teach a racist cop to be "professional" when he's confronting minority citizens. That the boy supposedly throw a piece of paper down on the ground and did not pick it up when told to do so. Why is the Officer not immediately trying to find this man, which was reported by a witness to the choking of a 7 year old child? Instead this Officer diverts the conversation to why had the parent not taught the child to not throw trash on the ground. I find this Officers response to hearing about a adult man choking a 7 year old child totally out of character. It is as if the Officer believes the child deserved to be assaulted by this adult man. "Totally Unbelievable" Then to do what he did next is absolutely incredible. Clearly this Officer has absolutely no concern to if the child was hurt in the incident or was the child still being attacked by the adult man? This action from this Officer is irreprehensible.

That officer didnt maintain control of the situation. He's standing there like he's a mediator, like he doesnt have control but they do, like he's just waiting for something to happen so he can break it up and then that's what he does. He waits for one side to move to make a reactive decision. Neither side should've even spoke to each other in his presence because he should've been the one speaking. They should've been speaking to him and addressing their concerns like a counselor is how he stood there but then he has the authority of an officer.
