So the captain now did the right thing with accountability but the chief did not like accountability and punished the now captain for doing the right thing. They should fire the chief and make the captain the new police chief. What happened with the whistle blowing Act?
Cracks me up how they call this a leaked video. Things aren't leaked by accident. Officers were wrong in how they handled that situation. They are supposed to protect and serve yet a child being choked was nothing he was concerned about and instead made the victims further victims. Yep that's our police force for you. The content of teaching the child not to litter was unfair and had no point of this call as a child is a child and every child will do things they are taught not to do but that is never an excuse for anyone to put hands on a child.

PD is basically telling its citizens that his officers can commit wrongful actions against them with barely any consequences but if they commit wrongful actions against their own coworkers "other cops" they receive serious consequences, lime losing their superior positions on the force...
