Not only that, but the only thing the police have to say is "stop resisting arrest" and that gives them the liberty to assault ....that is stupid...officers cover each other...if not, the other officer, who he was talking to, could have mentioned the remarks to a supervisor...(not to say that supervisors would have done anything, though)

The cops shot him after his hands were behind his back trying to make him responsible for shooting the deputy. Cop shoots partner then executes suspect.

Yeah right his boss said the officer was now remorseful for his comments. The only reason for that is he said it on bodycam, that's the only time you hear an apology is when they get caught on video.
