When I first watched this I was 16, I thought the best solution to this was to comply with with officer for safety and to avoid the confrontation. But now as a man now, I realize the man was standing his ground against a bigger issue than a gun. Respect to the man for fighting for his integrity.
first of all you have to understand that just because the police are questioning you, it's not always something personal. They showed up to respond to a report they had and just wanted to understand what was happening. If he had been polite and understanding of that fact, he would have been much better off. It's better that they do investigate reports for the sake of the times when they save lives. This is something the man picking the litter needs to understand, instead of making it all about him. If he had calmly presented the officer with the evidence that he was supposed to be there, then the issue could have been averted.

Officer went from a taser, to a gun when nothing escalated. This became less about confirming where he lives and more of an ego thing for the cop.
No the guy escalated it by not staying a sitting to figure out where he loved cause the cop doesn't know the guy and if he sat there and called people to confirm he lived there cause he didn't have a thing that showed his residence there it's always the cop not the person being detatained
@@Blazetown23 It was an illegal search and seizure, you can’t just use “suspicious activity” to ask for someone’s ID and place of residents. If that were the case, it would be legal to randomly search people by hiding behind “suspicious activity” every time. He wasn’t suspicious he’s picking up trash. Regardless you don’t go from taser to a gun because you feel “threaten” by a grabber tool. He legitimately gave him his collage card showing he lived there, so I have no clue why you say “he didn’t have a thing that showed residence”.

This cop broke multiple laws, violated two department policies, and violated the 4th Amendment of this country twice. All in under ten minutes.

The cop made the situation a whole lot worse by intentionally giving his fellow officers misleading information. “ he’s got a blunt object of some description “
