Good luck getting any support from Icon on using these! Terrible (no) response after many calls.

It’s not very hard to use. Pretty user friendly. Tap high or low setting to adjust shock. And it does it on its own within your selected setting. Pretty easy

Helpful, thanks. re: WASHBOARDS... how does CDEV IIC settings + GBoost relate to airing down tires over washboards. eg, Saline Valley "High Frequency" washboards where going fast = much smoother (hit the tops of the bumps)? Air down obviously makes huge diff ("poor mans" CDEV?) What's the role of airing down _for washboards_ and CDEV-IIC usage (eg, high sensitivity GBoost with 1 to 3 softness setting)? Air down less (not at all) for washboards and just rely on CDEV IIC? (save airing down for rock crawling where need more "grip"? or on scraped dirt roads with protruding embedded rocks where hitting high speed at high tire pressure = flats?)
Also, how should we change CDEV IIC settings for diff. kinds of washboards (eg, high frequency vs longer "whoopsie" vs inconsistent-insanity-producing-medium ones?)
note: fwiw, our use is on a F350 crew cab, long-bed, with flatbed and popup truck camper, so we're carrying 3,000Klbs+ (fluctuating most with up to 99gals of water and 78 gal gasoline loads), so up against our GVWR in tough conditions, and trying to be "kind" to the truck camper and contents. (and also have 8-piston brake upgrade too, bc of heating with hard braking for cross-road washes).

Love to see how this system operates while 5th wheel towing

Essentially you can have a great smooth ride without towing, and also when towing. You can select a tow mode or adjust the rear shock settings through the app to be more controlled under load, compared to the fronts

I have a 2019 Ford Expedition Limited with Continuously Controlled Dampening (CCD). I am looking at your Stage 3 for my truck but it does not account for the CCD aspect for my OEM dampers. Will this CDEV be also available for the current gen Expedition? If so, I'll be the first in line!

@ICON Vehicle Dynamics I have a 2018 F250 diesel that already has a 4.5 RC lift with their V2 shocks. Front is RC coil springs, rear is RC lift blocks with an Add A Leaf. Daily driver and 5th wheel hauler. Really looking for a more comfortable ride. Would you recomend these for that setup?

Interesting that there's lots of online content about Icon suspensions but the reviews are mostly negative. In fact, most reviewers talk specifically about poor customer service. Could it be that Icon is run by a bunch of marketing guys who care more about generating buzz than they do good old fashioned customer service?
