I don’t think there’s another company doing what you guys and Carli do. The only other true hardcore performance suspension option out there for HD trucks is to custom fab everything yourself and track down each quality part. So glad these kits and the other add ons you guys sell exist.
Thankfully we sell Carli, Thuren, etc etc so we're just here to help educate and assist with whatever upgrades people want. Our goal is to put all the best upgrades for HD trucks on one website.
I have a 2024 f250 super duty diesel... So many different setups to choose from... almost screwed up and bought the BDS Fox coilover leveling kit plus a few extra add ons for 11k😡and then have to rebuild the shocks every 20,000 is beyond stupid so glad I didn't. It's settled I'll go Carli. even though I'm losing some cool factor not having the coilovers w/reservoir. Thanks CJC for posting this video
There's really no benefit to a coil over, so the downsides of having reduced travel with them really don't come with any benefits! We like to use a separate coil and shock on these trucks for the best ride.
As a new eventure owner 3 months, went from stock to eventure and constant load leaf springs, i would recommended full progressive leaf springs. I had higher expectations for road comfort and was slightly dissapointed. Im guessing its because firmer leaf springs kind of canceled out the softer shocks. I got 800lb constant load springs and i only have maybe 500-600 lbs constant load from toolbox and stuff. The shock adjustment is barely noticeable for me so its cool but not really needed. I got radius arms and sway bar also.
lol I got the e venture with all the bells and whistle’s on my 2021 250 Tremor. I absolutely love it but now I want the king set up! Will my truck stock rims work with 37 inch nitro ridge grapplers, I have the 2.5!inch kit with radius arms also
The stock wheels won't fit 37s since they're +40 offset so you'll rub the radius arms and sway bar.To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares. We have a whole video on the topic actually! ruclips.net/video/git35FpC-5o/видео.html
I wanted to try Carli but unfortunately the tallest they offer is a 5.5" for my super duty and that just won't do it for me so I went with Stryker instead.
Can an E-Venture be added to a Tremor? I have a large slide in camper so I would want to do the E-Venture, XXHD springs, long travel airbags as I also tow my boat and I need to be able to plow snow near Truckee. Thoughts and advice?
It can, but we actually recommend the Pintop system for your setup since we have specifically tuned shocks for the heavier duty leaf packs and weight. Give this video a watch as it's exactly what you want to build: ruclips.net/video/NAFdTvkxZvE/видео.html
@ I know, just feel like Carli should make them too. I have heard the Apex ones are strong but the jam nut on the tie rod has come loose on some or something like that.
@@superdutyzack I agree that it would be nice to see carli make a "complete set" They have the tracbar and torsion sway bar. why not just finish the turn key set up? I have the full apex kit on my 18. and yea its great once its all done correctly. its a bit of a pain for the simplicity of what the components. just a beefed up oem style carli version. agreed.
Correct. Carli doesn't have gas tuned coils or shocks for their taller systems. That said, if you're installing a heavy front bumper/winch, then you can use the diesel tuned systems.
Nope! It's softer than stock, but that only matters if you have a large in bed camper and small shocks. If you're running a proper, tuned shock setup like Carli Kings etc, we still run the sway bar even with a camper.
I completely removed my sway bar and added limit straps. It flexes much more off road and can barely tell a difference on road if at all. Just don't drive like a moron towing and hauling. I honestly can't tell much difference on road.
Yea it is a really clean good looking setup - probably a lot more than I'm willing to spend. I'm guessing something like $3500+ for the lights and the mount. The Baja stuff is crazy expensive. Wonder how hard it would be to replicate that setup with the harbor freight lights.
BajaDesigns has released the XL Linkable for the ‘23+. I recently checked their website to see how to contact them to ask if they were working on them, and lo and behold they’re available now. 😎 Currently $1,960 for the set. Still pricey, but not $3,500+ as the commenter above mentioned.

keep what you guys doing. I ordered some headlights and they arrived really fast and customer support is great!
We appreciate the support!
Love my commuter setup. Saving up for that eventure

@craigskare8222 thanks for a real world update. Sounds like you have a sweet setup!
Hello CJC , Which is the most comfortable Carli Suspension system for long rides?
Thanks
How much for basic package arm and leg or just a liver cause I can spare the liver

One day is fast fast approaching going for the full tilt long travel system it’s gna be badass

Definitely need air bags to tow with the Carli kit
Which is why we offer them for both heights!
Great video as always!
I bought a used truck with a full Carli system already on it. Is there a way to identify exactly what kit it is?
Just shoot us an email with detailed photos. Sales@cjcoffroad.com

I would really like to see Carli develop a beefier drag link and tie-rod bar as well as cheaper radius arms maybe in the $600-$800 range.
Apex offroad has these.

as far as the sway bar goes. ive seen people comment that it affects towing. is this true?

Could you tell me what brackets you are using for the Baja linkable lights on the 23 and up F250 on your thumbnail?

@@jamesiversen Ahh yea looks like the bar comes with the lights so it's closer to $2k. Still wish there was a budget friendly option.
