I keep wrapping my head around what future suspension setup I'm going to go with. This stage 8 system was one of the things I was contemplating as well as a king suspension setup because I've always been a fanboy of them.
Does that suspension kit get rid of the factory suspension adjustments for the GOAT modes or is it integrated? How does it compare to the Fox/King "equivalents?
Hi, great question! The GOAT modes on the regular Bronco's (Non-Raptor, non-Fox live-valve equipped) don't make any adjustments to the suspension at all. The shocks/dampers on the Bronco (Sasquatch and non-sasquatch) are just regular old analog dampers, with no electronic damping features that would be adjusted by any electronic features. One way you'll know this to be true, is when you look at the shocks you won't find any wiring going into the shocks that can make adjustments to the damping properties. So, no, this won't change any of your GOAT modes, as those are all related to traction control features that optimize grip in different terrain conditions. And, as i cover in the video, you will be adding very advanced electronically damped shocks that offer (arguably) the highest level of performance available from the aftermarket. Fox and King do not offer any aftermarket technology with electronically damped shocks like these. Fox and King are very good though, they're just traditional analog damping adjustable shocks, rather than what you get here with the Icon CDEV system.

these videos are so informative
So unbelievable helpful!
Thank you for making this video. I have the tubular Icon upper control arms and I had no idea that they require service lol
Welcome!
