    Warm-Up (3-5 minutes)
    1. *Jumping Jacks*

    1 day- alittle pain feel lighter and flexible
    2 day- i'm Little bit sore but Is okay and no differenze from 1 day

      Только нужно не пропускать дни и делать всё это раза 2 в день
