    Doing this as a slightly overweight teenager:
    Starting weight: 63kg
    Goal weight: 55-50kg
    Day 1: did the exercise 2 times. It was so easy, so fun and fast! I feel my muscles working! So excited abt day two ^^
    Day 2: It was kinda hard since I was resting for a while but again so fun and chill! Drank lots of water, feel so grate

    Currently 59 kg. Goal: 49-52kg, and a slim hourglass body.
    Day 1: it was okay, didn’t feel any changes (of course) but felt so much better and so excited for tomorrow.
    Day 2: super easy, no changes and I still don’t feel the burn and don’t feel sore, still motivated tho
    Day 3: soooo easy, little changes (I don’t only do this workout I do the le sserafum Workout) not sore and still don’t feel a lot of burn, still motivated!
    Day 4: small changes, don’t feel the burn and not so sore, ig I’m still motivated ?
    Day 5: did it twice today, woke up to small changes, not sore and don’t feel the burn, still motivated

    I am going to tell truth okay i am 14 year old i am not doing any diet with this workout or other workout and as a desi person i will eat only homemade food it involves (Rice, vegetables, chicken, meat )
    Current weight : 52.1 kg
    Weight goal is : 47 or 45
    Day 1 : ( easy )
    Day 2 : ( easy ) no difference
    Day 3 : ( easy ) no difference
    Day 4 : ( easy ) a little bit difference
    Dag 5 : ( easy ) let's wait
    Day 6 : ( easy ) really I can't believe this easy workouts really work
    Day 7 : done ✅
    Day 8 : done I see the difference
    Day 9 : my waist is more defined maybe my figure is hourglass thats why

      You’re not slimmer it’s your head and you can’t get changes in one day unless you to more. It takes a week to see changes if you’re doing this

    Я делаю это упражнение больше года. И у меня до сих пор есть результаты. Эти упражнения я делаю во время утром и после ужина, полугодия и после агата. Я ускорил результаты обучения и увидел результаты уже через десять дней. Перед этой тренировкой я тренировал пресс.И после этих упражнений я делаю упражнения для позвоночника. До выполнения этих упражнений я весил 54 кг. После этих упражнений я на данный момент вешу 43 кг. Конечно, большую роль здесь играет и правильное питание.И я начал эти упражнения в 13 лет.

    Gonna try to do this every day!
    Day 1: ✅It wasn’t to hard of an exercise but I did feel it in my stomach a bit
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅ barely felt any burn at all
    Day 4: ✅
    Day 5: ✅ I didn’t do this workout, but I did do a different one so I think it counts
    Day 6: ✅ I’m not seeing much different yet but I feel better and healthier
    Day 7: ✅ I eat a lot of junkfood again today, but knowing I’d do this workout I felt much better about it
    Day 8: ✅not much results yet, I should probably start some sort of diet…
    Day 9: ❌ rest day
    Day 10: ❌ didn’t do it because I was busy (it’s Easter tomorrow so I was at my grandma’s)
    Day 11: ✅ did a different quicker workout cause I didn’t have much time, I ate tons of unhealthy stuff because of Easter and gained like 3kg😭

    Doing this excerise to get a glow up during summer break! (If you have any questions I will reply)
    Day 1: Did twice felt good,I also did 20 minutes of hula hoops (the heavy ones)
    Day 2: Did twice as well and did 30 minutes of hula hooping, I lost half a pound and see slight changes in thighs and my back fat!
    Day 3: I lost 0.6kg and I did some extra exercise for my back and arms as well as hula hooping, I did this exercise 3 times and felt felt the burn!
    Day 4: Weight stayed the same however I see a difference in my legs, I did extra exercises as usual and hoping for differences in stomach! My back has reduces even more fat and I think this exercise is helping lose weight in general.

      @@wholemylife7it takes one step at a time, maybe do 1 minute for the exercise then increase it later, that’s what I did before committing to it.

      @@sanjana_ranjan11 I don’t eat after 6pm and reduce sugary snacks or drinks. I do the exercise twice in morning (9am) and twice during after noon (5am)

    Doing this as Muslim fasting during Ramadan , the notes :
    1 day : felt pretty cool ❤.
    2 day : it may hurt but don’t give up ❤ , I did it twice for the best result , I felt burned little bit .
    3 day :I tried it , but nothing seem to change , I started think to do it with different activities .
    4 day : I actually didn’t do exercise this time , but in the same time didn’t took suhoor because I will travel . Any ways don’t give up lovely dears ❤️✨🙌
    5 day :I did it twice , I like the result that my belly fat started to become little bit smaller , It was great burned and I did this with no suhoor . ❤

    Day 1: Really easy, didn't really feel a burn
    Day 2: Saw no differences but felt lower abdominal muscle pains
    Day 3: Saw no physical differences but weighed about 300g less (not much but still an improvement), also decided to do it twice today

    Day 1: was a bit sore but felt good
    Day:2 noticed changes in my stomach but not my thighs
    Day3: noticed a small change in my thighs and a change in my stomach
    Day4: didn’t really notice a difference in my stomach but a small difference in my thighs

    doing this challenge for a week
    day 1- started at 10:37 pm and ended at 10:46 pm. no breaks in between and ofc no body changes but it’s only the first day. def felt the burn into exercises 4 , 5 , and the last one ! ready for tomorrow
    day 2- started at 10:05 pm .. ended at 10:32 pm .. i took a break to shower after the first one but finished strong!! legs a little sore but goes away after 2 minutes.
    day 3-i had no motivation to do this AT ALL!! but i still did. started at 11:11 ended at 11:19, i still don’t see any changes but it’s ok

    Day 2: i did this twice again! Omg it burnt so much especially on The first one! I dont see a difference yet! ✅️

    Day 4: youtube is tripping because it is sayimg 1 day ago, but i have been doing this for 4 days! I see stretch lines on my stomatch and i have gotten a bit flatter! Did this twice again, a tip is to drink tons of water throughout the day! ✅️

    1 день: с легкостью справилась с тренировкой, так же покачала пресс и попу
    2 день: сегодня чувствую себя плохо, поэтому сделала только 1 круг этих упражнений
    3 день: сделала два круга + качала пресс
    4 день: сделала три круга + качала попу
    5 день: прошла 10к шагов, и сделала один круг

    Doing this as a teenager:
    Day 1: Felt the burn, loved the exercise ✅
    Day 2: Did this two times while being sore along with a few others, haven’t seen a lot of change but loved it 😅✅
    Day 3: I can actually see changess!! I’m so happy! ✅
    Day 4: didn’t do it because my legs just gave up
    Day 5: I did it 2 times to make up for it, I definitely see changes especially around my thighs (also did the other workouts) ✅
    Day 7: ✅
    Day 8: I SEE CHANGESSSSS OMGGGGG!!! I freakin love these work outs, I feel and look better!! Ofc the other workouts were amazing too, but I just loved this

    Doing this everyday: (remind me if I forget)
    Day 1:easy didn’t hurt much
    Day 2:hurt a little no changes tho
    Day 3:same a 2
    Day 4: can see a little change
    Day 5:can feel the burn and defo see some changes!
    Day 6:forgot instead I want on a walk to make up for it
    Day 7: did it can feel the burn especially at 3:10 it’s definitely working
    Day 8: looked in the mirror and saw difference I can feel it working!!
    Day 9:I ate a bit much today so I did some running as well I can feel it working and see it too!
    Day 10: have got better at dieting 100% I see myself doing way more exercise and being way more motivated!
    Day 11: I tried on a dress that don’t fit me a couple weeks ago and it fine now I’m so proud! I’ve become better at not eating so much unhealthy things
    Day 12:skipped sorry I was tired today

    Day 1 ✅ it was really easy! For most exercises I think I might like this one!

    Doing this for 1 week as a 11 yr! (3-4 times everyday!and I found a new workout so I'll only do this for 1 week, and do this every morning,afternoon and evening!)
    Day 1: Not that much change, but I feel happy about this!
    Day 2: Saw a slight difference I saw my belly and thighs become skinnier and smaller!I'm so proud of myself
    Day 3: I saw only a slight difference but my thighs,waist and belly became smaller!
    Day 4: Only did it 2 times today since my body got kinda sore when I did other exercises rather than this but my belly,thighs and waist became smaller!
    Day 5: I saw alot of changes especially my belly it became smaller and also my thighs too and my waist is almost like an hourglass and did it 3 times every morning, afternoon and evening!
    Day 6: I am so happy with the results so far! I'm glad that I became skinner and smaller! I'm really insecure this helped very much!
    Day 7: Last day of this workout!this workout is effective and you can see changes at the end of the week! I'm so proud that my body changed!

    Doing this as an 12 yrs old.
    Day 1 ~ It was very easy and after reading all your comments my motivations level 🌋. I did it two times today and gonna continue tomorrow!
    Day 2~ did it in the morning but went on a journey in the afternoon so I think I eat a lot.
    Day 3 ~ did it twice and i feel very good after doing it. I am kinda seeing differences. Gonna continue tomorrow
    Day 4~ didn’t feel the burn but gonna do it twice and add some crunches and planks.

    I'm trying this for 1 week and I'll update everyday!
    Waist: 78 cm
    Hips : 95 cm
    Thighs : 63 cm for each
    Precision: I'm also doing the Daisy Keech hourglass workout and walk 10k a day but I not on a diet on anything like that
    Day 1: ✅ This was mostly super easy and I was able to study at the same time as doing the exercises
    Day 2: ✅ still easy, had no problem to do it
    Day 3: ✅I skipped 3 days tf now I have to do it seriously/ Easiest workout I have tried
    Day 4: ✅Done, I'm not gonna skip anything this week
    Day 5: I forgot for like 5 months I'm going to start again and not give up this time

      @@ubxciid403 I actually have seen a difference in my stomach it’s a really good workout routine . I just skipped one day because it was that time of the month but it didn’t really affect any progress . Trust me you’ll see results within 4-7 days

    Day 1: It was really easy, just a little bit of pain
    Day 2: I came soo tired, so it was harder but I find see any changes
    Day 3: I’m tired today, but I did it before showering, and still no changes
    Day 4: This is getting easier, so I’m doing another workout. I feel better with myself, but I don’t see a lot of change

    Okay so I started it yesterday. I think that I will remember, but if I forget to update pls remind me! 🤍 ( this workout + dance practice)
    My weight now : 59.5kg
    My height : 170 cm
    My goal weight : 55-50 kg
    Day 1 - I did it 4 times, it was so easy and maybe I'm too optymistic for that but today morning I saw a bit of results lol
    Day 2 - I'm done, guys! I did it 2 times, I would do even more but I have to get ready for tomorrow. I can't wait for tomorrow!
    I just woke up and I can say that even after those two days I can see mini results. I think my belly got flater (but guys pls don't expect that this will happen also for you after 2 days! Give yourself some time! ). Maybe it's becouse I have little belly but still!
    Day 3 - I did it twice, guys! I don't feel that burn today, but I think it's ok.
    Day 4 - Did it 3 times and feel good. I see a little and hourglass Shape! Ahh! 🤍IT'SS WORKING!

    You know what. Sometimes just seriously look at yourself without forcing your self to stick out your belly to maximum to see “how fat are you" . Stand straight and look at your body. That's the way I saw that I'm actually thin. So I'll be still doing those exercises but no rush. Guys don't starve yourself like I did. If someone tells u ur slim, believe them. Of course if you want to still lose some weight you can do it, but no rush and no starving. You can also say to yourself “I'm already thin but I want to be more” Instead of “I'm fat, I NEED to be thin”. Just try to talk to yourself. I hope it will work. Bye 🤍

    Doing this until I see changes
    Weight: 70kg
    Goal: 50-60kg
    Day 1: It was ok preety easy doing it twice a day
    Day 2: Felt the burn but still no changes
    Day 3: Stomach started hurting but pulling through
    Day 4: Did it twice in a row thanks for reminding me I'll keep going.
    Day 5: Almost gave up but did it before I took a shower
    Day 6:Had to skip today had a trip
    Day 7: 3 times in a rows seeing changes.
    Day 8: Dit it 1 time losing motivation but want to change
    Day 9: Did it 3 times schocked I gained like 2.4 kg gonna start eating reallyy healthy now 72kg🙄😒
    Day 10: learned that if you keep going and eating healthy you'll get there just keep going
    Day 11: just keep going you'll get there also it your stomach hurts put something warm and it;ll feel better
    Day 12: this was a great job t day gonna do ut till 21 days thanks for motivation
    Day 13: Took a break my body really hurt from all of my other excercises break till day 18 but checksed and I'm 71.6 kg

    I will do this as long as I can
    Day 1 - I did it yesterday 3x I don't feel any changes because I overeat yesterday
    Day 2 - 2x for now, but I plan to do it once or twice today. I don't feel the changes. (Tomorrow I will weigh myself and give you the weight, and tomorrow I will take the measurement from the belly and thighs) I do this one more
    Day 3 - I did it 4 times, felt nothing except exercises 4 and 5. Didn't notice much difference, maybe a little on my stomach. I measured my thighs and belly.
    Thighs: 47cm
    Belly: 63 cm.
    The scale in my house is not working properly, I need to buy a new one, then I will give you the weight, sorry
    Day 4 - I do this 2x I had a bit of abdominal pain during some exercises. I don't see any more changes

      @@Inshu_khan_786 it's not a lie it depends upon different bodies too cuz i found alot of changes within a week the dress that wasn't fitting me was fitting perfectly. 😊 Try doing two slots per day and some more exercises maybe that's how your body works :)

    Doing it for 10 days with an abs and full body workout aswell. Current weight 50 kg goal is 45 kgs.
    Day 1: no changes ofc
    Day 2: my legs are sore but did it
    Day 3: saw a little difference
    Day 4: did it with pushups
    Day 5: my weight decreased by 3 kgs.
    Day 6: my body was burning like hell bit managed to do it.
    Day 7: did with five pushups and 20 squats
    Day 8: i look way slimmer than before tysm.
    Day 9: my mom said I got slimmer AHHH.
    Day 10: last day did it
    My weight went from 50 kgs to 44 kgs in 10 days. Tysm home fitness❤🎉✨💗😭

    doing this everyday! + THIS WORKOUT AND SHIRLYN KIM’S 10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT
    day 1: did amazing! (did it x2 times)
    day 2: did more incredible than yesterday! (did it x2 times)
    day 3: i don’t see any changes yet but it’s fine :) (did it x2 times)
    day 4: was very motivated to do it and i felt some burn ! (did it x2 times)
    day 5: didn't do it today because i was at the beach, sorry!!
    day 6: it was so easy since i was really motivated + i see some changes! (did it x2 times)
    day 7: i see my belly got smaller, and the workout is working! (did it x2 times)
    day 8: i feel so much burn and whoever is reading this, do this workout if you're curious to know if it really works! (did it x2 times)

      @@emmabuzgau5198 you lose the fat but depending on your athletic level this workout may either be to easy or to hard, so if it’s easy try doing it multiple times a day, or do a different workout

    Doing this as a teenager for a week:
    Day 1: Everything okay, no change
    Day 2: Still the same
    Day 3: I can see a bit of a change
    Day 4: I can feel my belly less loose more tight
    Day 5: My belly is starting to form something like an hourglass
    Day 6: My belly feels tight as well as my thighs and It works
    Day 7: it definitely works, just dont give up, do it every day and at the end of a week you will see changes.

    Day 1:no results (Ofc)
    Day2:My legs r starting to hurt(I can hear my bones cracking)
    Day3:my legs feel hurt but my legs and belly feels slimmer
    Day4:my belly is starting to be a little hourglass ⌛️,my legs really hurt(also I’m eating healthy)
    Day5:I can feel the curves in my belly and my legs feel slimmer
    Day6:my belly is lithely flat legs slimmer my shorts use to be tight now they’re loose great process so far
    Day7:(forgot to update)I lost 2kg
    Day8:OMG my belly’s is literally ⌛️and I lost 3kg
    Day9:forgot to update:I feel really slim my legs r still a bit the same but my belly is very slim and fit
    Day10(forgot to update again):I can the my neck bone and my belly is slim
