Day 1: did the exercise 2 times. It was so easy, so fun and fast! I feel my muscles working! So excited abt day two ^^
Day 2: It was kinda hard since I was resting for a while but again so fun and chill! Drank lots of water, feel so grate

Currently 59 kg. Goal: 49-52kg, and a slim hourglass body.
Day 1: it was okay, didn’t feel any changes (of course) but felt so much better and so excited for tomorrow.
Day 2: super easy, no changes and I still don’t feel the burn and don’t feel sore, still motivated tho
Day 3: soooo easy, little changes (I don’t only do this workout I do the le sserafum Workout) not sore and still don’t feel a lot of burn, still motivated!

You’re not slimmer it’s your head and you can’t get changes in one day unless you to more. It takes a week to see changes if you’re doing this

Я делаю это упражнение больше года. И у меня до сих пор есть результаты. Эти упражнения я делаю во время утром и после ужина, полугодия и после агата. Я ускорил результаты обучения и увидел результаты уже через десять дней. Перед этой тренировкой я тренировал пресс.И после этих упражнений я делаю упражнения для позвоночника. До выполнения этих упражнений я весил 54 кг. После этих упражнений я на данный момент вешу 43 кг. Конечно, большую роль здесь играет и правильное питание.И я начал эти упражнения в 13 лет.

Doing this excerise to get a glow up during summer break! (If you have any questions I will reply)
Day 1: Did twice felt good,I also did 20 minutes of hula hoops (the heavy ones)
Day 2: Did twice as well and did 30 minutes of hula hooping, I lost half a pound and see slight changes in thighs and my back fat!
Day 3: I lost 0.6kg and I did some extra exercise for my back and arms as well as hula hooping, I did this exercise 3 times and felt felt the burn!
Day 4: Weight stayed the same however I see a difference in my legs, I did extra exercises as usual and hoping for differences in stomach! My back has reduces even more fat and I think this exercise is helping lose weight in general.
Omg yess me too but the sad thing is that i always think i will start from Tomorrow never comes but my vacation is about to end
Which diet u follow and when we have to do this exercise time ?

@@wholemylife7it takes one step at a time, maybe do 1 minute for the exercise then increase it later, that’s what I did before committing to it.
@@sanjana_ranjan11 I don’t eat after 6pm and reduce sugary snacks or drinks. I do the exercise twice in morning (9am) and twice during after noon (5am)

1 day : felt pretty cool ❤.
2 day : it may hurt but don’t give up ❤ , I did it twice for the best result , I felt burned little bit .
3 day :I tried it , but nothing seem to change , I started think to do it with different activities .
4 day : I actually didn’t do exercise this time , but in the same time didn’t took suhoor because I will travel . Any ways don’t give up lovely dears ❤️✨🙌

Doing this for 1 week as a 11 yr! (3-4 times everyday!and I found a new workout so I'll only do this for 1 week, and do this every morning,afternoon and evening!)
Day 1: Not that much change, but I feel happy about this!
Day 2: Saw a slight difference I saw my belly and thighs become skinnier and smaller!I'm so proud of myself

Day 4: Only did it 2 times today since my body got kinda sore when I did other exercises rather than this but my belly,thighs and waist became smaller!
Day 5: I saw alot of changes especially my belly it became smaller and also my thighs too and my waist is almost like an hourglass and did it 3 times every morning, afternoon and evening!
Day 6: I am so happy with the results so far! I'm glad that I became skinner and smaller! I'm really insecure this helped very much!

You know what. Sometimes just seriously look at yourself without forcing your self to stick out your belly to maximum to see “how fat are you" . Stand straight and look at your body. That's the way I saw that I'm actually thin. So I'll be still doing those exercises but no rush. Guys don't starve yourself like I did. If someone tells u ur slim, believe them. Of course if you want to still lose some weight you can do it, but no rush and no starving. You can also say to yourself “I'm already thin but I want to be more” Instead of “I'm fat, I NEED to be thin”. Just try to talk to yourself. I hope it will work. Bye 🤍
