Thanks for the video. The Luos in East Africa have a staple dish called kwon. Similar to yours and consists of dried and ground cassava, sorghum and millet. Preparation involves mixing all the 3 flours, adding hot water and mingling to a similar consistency. Pretty healthy too
Hey Raphiat, it's similar to amala in looks but tastes different. You just eat with soup as we do our naija food but the locals use their own vegetable soups. Some part of Uganda call it kalo. Im a Nigerian married to a Ugandan and live here in Uganda hence my knowledge.
