Wow. 😅🤣My family and friends think i am mad to eat plantain skin or anything plant!! Thank you for showing the world that we don't need to waste food.😎💯
Though l have watched this before but because of the back of plantain added to it l decided not to practice it but watching it for the second time has given me assurance to practice it and I will. Thanks.

Well done ma'am..u have really helped alot of ppl who doesn't know how to cook...they follow ur process and gbam it set. Good job madam cuz u have restored alot of broken marriages cuz of the wife not knowing how to cook..👍👍👍👍
I love unripe plantain so much. Either the porridge or boiled with the back. I have also noticed it takes care of ulcer. I will definitely try this recipe.
This is wonderful and different from the usual way because I just bought some yam flour waiting to buy the plantain flour but with this piece of information I wouldn't need all that and thanks 👍
My mum as being doing this for year this is wrong info, yam flour plantain flour and cassava flour are called amala in yoruba, my mum do mixed the yaw with plantain and sundry it and blended to powder for consumption
So I used this particular method of yours in my home for my husband, myself and daughter with correct leafy okra soup and we both enjoyed it. The issue now is that hubby is hooked and wants to eat this particular green plaintain with the skin always. I blame myself for showing my self sha😂😂😂😂 Joyful cook see what you have caused o🤣🤣😂😂
OMG, I have been peeling those yams allllllllllll wrong! I love yams, plantains all those veggies. I just hate peeling those slippery boogers. Mama, your recipe barely started, and I already learned something. Love you!
I love that you did this in a non-stick pot; nothing was wasted. But plantain peel? That will take some convincing for me, personally. Well done for creativity though
Someone like me that doesn't like stress will definitely do the second one 😅. Thanks so much. However I'm curious, please how can I store this plantain? I have freezer, can I store it in freezer or wrap it and leave it like that? Please reply me 🙏🏻
I have been enjoying it for the past decades. Blending raw plantain is better for the blender or you use yam pounder for the cooked plantain. Speaking from experience. I even prepares plantain with skin and what the Igbo tribe calls "ONA". So lovely for diabetics. ONA is a sweet -bitter round yam. Very medicinal.
Wait a minute….. I am Ghanaian, and fufu is my staple. Two surprises for me in this video. Firstly leaving the plantains skin on. Secondly, mixing the plantain with yam instead of cassava. Wonders shall never end.
I am an American. I made fufu for the first time yesterday. The family loved it. I will make it again, trying it with the skin left on the plantain.
Wow😍
Take off the green thing please am west African this lady crazy for doing that

Plantain skin has iron, which is good if you're anemic. Don't use store bought, full of chemicals.
