    2 cups of soybeans
    2 cups of corn
    2 cups of millet
    2 cups of wheat
    2 cups of guineacorn
    1 cup of oat
    I cup of tigernut
    1/2 cup of groundnut
    2 cups of date
    Remove the soybean shaft
    Wash all ingredients except groundnut and millet
    Sundry all ingredients
    Toast ingredients

      Please I need guidance on how to toast the grains, especially the corn, millet, guinea corn, wheat, to make sure they are done. Do I toast until they change color? How will I be able to tell when they are done

    Tombrown is what I used to wean my babies and it was amazing. They didn't take formula milk so tombrown delivered them from malnutrition

      And it is similar to pap just that it has more constituents, instead you can make soyabean powder(soya beans, groundnut, crayfish and unripe plantain)

    Nice work dear👍👍 As a Ghanaian the kind of fish we normally add, if any, is smoked herring not crayfish (thus shrimp I guess).
    The fish is added mostly to add extra protein to the cereal because after the first 6months of exclusive breastfeeding, that's mostly the first meal introduced to the child.

      Babies require less number of ingredients since they are now learning how to eat and theirs must be without the high fibre content. Just seek a nutritionist advice.

      It's exactly the same procedure, just wash, toast and add the rice before grinding. 1 to 2 cups of rice is ideal for this recipe ♥️
