  • 3 cups of millet
    1 tablespoon of Chili pepper
    10 cloves
    ½ tablespoon of black pepper
    1 ginger
    1 coconut
    4 pieces of uda/grains of selim
    ½ cup of condensed milk

    I believe you can use it to make a keto swallow. Just add a binder like psyllium husk. There's different variations of keto swallow - carrot, cabbage swallow

      But just yesterday I watch one view made by a Nigerian living in Ghana. She divide the drink into two then pour hot water inside. Keep it for awhile then mixed with it the cold one. I was telling her when you add hot water it will turn to porridge and because we don't want porridge. We Ghanaians use onle cold water.
      But her own after mixing it then adding the icy cubes, it was okay though she added sweet potatoes and coconut too.
      But is not much different from the one made in Ghana
