In this video the Norris Nuts gave sister Naz a special day. It's her 13.5 Birthday! So we decided to surprise Naz with fun activities and presents for a day to remember. Naz got a bunch of gifts and got some surprise activities that she had always wanted to do. Mama also tells us about her struggles and the Norris Nuts get some unexpected news about the room allocation in their new house in Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. Should Disco, their 5 year old brother get the new attic room over 13 year old Naz?

Disco and charm have a literal whole room for themselves EACH. An ENTIRE room to put toys in. I’m pretty sure the 4 oldest NN didn’t even have that when they were younger. Naz 100% deserves that room .

@Leeeeyes I honestly think that perspective is so weird. Yes, the norris nuts did grow up with less, but why wouldn't you want better for your siblings?? The youngest def needs room for their toys, they're also younger so they're wayy more energetic and having a bigger room gives them the space to be more energetic.
I’m sorry but no way naz is being kicked out of the room she wanted TWICE. Just because she’s acting a bit older than the age she is doesn’t mean she has to get punished for it by moving down 2 rooms. And dare I say she is acting so mature and responsible about the situation that she has the right to at least have the attic room. Teenage girls want as much space as they can get because they need it, not to act spoiled. Disco doesn’t have to bring all his toys to bondi like cmon. He’s going to grow out of it in less than 3 years. This is the first time I’ve ever said anything about this because each issue wasn’t that bad, but this? This is downright unfair.

BROOKE AND PAPA NEED A SPECIAL DAY!!!!! i do think naz deserves what room she wants. but now i also feel bad for the mom. she is such a caring person and she doesn’t even want to be in the vlogs anymore. BROOKE you are an awesome mom. don’t let anyone let you think otherwise. the kids have soooo much and should appreciate what they have and honestly in the end it is the parents decision and we can’t make that choice for you.

I understand why Brooke wants the babies to have the attic room so they have more space and it does make sense. However, that would mean Naz gets the loft room. Sabre, Sockie, Biggy and Naz have all went through pretty much the same things in terms of bedrooms (swim school and same bedroom for pretty much their whole childhood) but sabre and sockie get a WHOLE new house for themselves, Biggy gets an ENSUITE and naz only gets a loft room? That's not fair on her. She should get the attic room.

If you use your brain then you'll know that disco and charm are probably going to put more than half of their toys in either the "movie room" or the living room. That's what they've done in New Castle and that's what'll happen in Bondi. And I know that because they're kids. All kids do that. Brooke is trying to guilt naz into giving up her well deserved room simply because Brooke can't handle kids being kids and having toys around the house. She should understand that after 6 kids.

I 100% agree that naz should get the attic room. This is because if disco gets the attic room, he sleeps there by himself because charm has her own room. And he doesn’t need that. And naz gave up her chance of having the ensuite room because Biggy wanted it too and also because he is older. And we should just appreciate how naz is taking all of this in this video.

@@CosmicVsp I do get your point but if they both share, there will be an extra loft room. You might think that if a guest comes over they can have it for the time they stay. But remember naz probably wont want the cubby house loft and neither would the guest probably. So there will just be another random room. If they want to change it they could renovate but then they would move in later and they have been waiting like 5 years. Also he was first going to get the ensuite room, but that went to Biggy cause he won the challenge and is older. And now they just want to give the attic room to disco? I find it unfair, but it is my opinion and whatever they choose is their decision.
@@CosmicVspnaz is still only 13. Within a year she could have a lot of stuff to fill her ATTIC ROOM with! She was into art before maybe she'll out paintings and painting supplies there? You never know. Naz has been though a lot and the least the parents could do is let her have her own well deserved space that isn't taken away by a kid that won't care about it at all.
Naz deserves the attic room. As a 15 year old girl I would not want to be sleeping on a loft bed at 15. When I was little that would be so cool, but now I would find more comfort sleeping on a grounded bed. Disco would also appreciate the loft more as a 5 year old, apposed to Naz as a 13 year old. Naz is such a sweet girl and you can see how grateful she is. Disco yes has lot of toys but why does he get a giant room when he won't appreciate it s much as Naz would. At the age of 13 you tend to want some space as a girl, figuring yourself out. Na should have the attic room as her own little oasis. when she moves out Disco can have it for so many more years. But as of now, Naz deserves it.

Disco is only 5 years old and the argument just being he has toys doesn’t make sense, I agree with them saying if that’s the case they should have the parents room. The loft bed is more of a child’s things, not childish but it’s more likely a kid would have it, even if Naz doesn’t have a plan for the attic room at this moment she could in the future, whereas Discos main thing will be toys for many years as he’s only young. Naz is going to grow up in the loft room and it could become impractical; a 17 year old being in a loft bed compared to a 8 year old having an entire attic space makes no sense. She’s been very humble in this video and said she doesn’t mind the attic space but for Brooke to favour Disco having the room over Naz isn’t fair and she should have a pick of it first, I feel after this discussion she feels like she needs to have the loft room and has convinced herself to just take it because of the inconvenience about it.
It actually makes the most sense ever, if the babies have so much things that need to fit then it would make sense for them to have that extra space. So far naz hasn’t said what she will do with the space so I’m confused why she wants it so bad. The loft room would literally be perfect for her it has the vanity already attached and then other room to do things like she could put up a shelf for all her skin care and makeup. I 100% believe that it isn’t fair that she doesn’t get to pick her room after the whole point was that oldest gets to pick first, but logically it would make more sense for the babies to have a built in play room instead of taking up random space around the house with their toys and have no where to put them. Also them trying to argue so hard with their mother is disgusting honestly, and I’m glad that naz can see how it would show them as being brats. They could explain heir points and let the mom explain her point before trying to attack her for making sure all her kids fit comfortably in their new house. @@quty4972 I am not saying Brooke favours Disco over Naz overall I’m saying in this situation she is favouring Discos needs when it’s all toys. Children tend to have bunkbeds which is high, I see a lot more kids with a raised bed over teenagers, it’s also more exciting to a child in my opinion. Disco is going to grow up in that room and will need to use the desk, they’re also homeschooled so he may do his work there from time to time, kids use a lot of books to help develop their brain (simple things such as colouring) which he can do there, so the desk can come in handy.
@@quty4972 They also currently have a whole room for toys which can also be seen as a common area, if all of his toys are in his room and people don’t hang around there it’s more likely he’ll just bring them out anyway so people will be with him and play. If you have young children in your household it shouldn’t be a surprise if their toys are all over the house instead of being confined to one room.

Agreed kids should always get the smaller room they don't need all the toys out at once swap them around growing up is difficult I know I grow up with 5 of us in one room our toy were limited and only played w down stairs went we were aloud my mum had the biggest bed room and she paid for everything so why wouldn't she we at school 5 days a week no time for playing only on weekends and we played outside in all weathers disco can play in any room give him a how many toys at a time to play with he will be grateful in the end and teaches them clean up too by changing the toys around but great family and cats are best pets we got one dog 3 cats no problem ❤️
I personally think that naz should get the attic room because with the attic she could have the Guinea pigs and their stuff in there. She could then have her vanity, bed, books and ect in the main room.
I also understand why they made the decision to have disco in the attic but I feel like it is just so unfair on naz. The babies can donate some of their toys to charity and keep some new/ special toys that they have.
Naz also got out of the challenge for the ensuite room and kinda just admitted that she wouldn’t mind the attic.

I understand what you’re saying but she gave the ensuite to biggy/ Coda and she said that she was fine with having the attic because it was the next best room but before they got the news that sabre and sockies house would probably be ready when they move in sabre and naz had a fight over the attic and who was going to have a room while theirs was being renovated. After they found out it was going to be fine they were wondering who was going to get each room and that’s when they had the challenge to see who gets the ensuite or who gets the attic. So now she has basically been pushed to the back and gets one of the littlest room whilst disco gets this huge room but he won’t even care. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense I was in a bit of a rush!

There’s no way you shouldn't give her the room-it’s hers. Disco doesn’t care about which room he gets, but Naz does. It’s that simple. I hate how Mama is trying to guilt-trip and manipulate Naz into getting what she wants.

@@1_10-0 is this true though? charm and disco will each have a room where before they were sharing. presumably their toys were in a playroom? but now they will each have a bedroom, it means there are two rooms for toys. with the loft rooms, it also means that one whole floor of each of those rooms can be dedicated to toys/playing. if they have SO many toys that they don’t fit in two rooms… maybe they have too many toys.
Be smart please. The small kids have a room in their current house but they spend most of their time in their "playroom" or in the living area. Which they're probably gonna do in the Bondi house as well. They don't need a better room than naz who has slept on the floor, shared a bedroom with 3 other kids, and still having to fight for her bedroom meanwhile it should be obvious on what room she deserves & needs. She needs the attic room and that's final. As a mom of a special needs youngest, I could so relate to not knowing how to fairly split up the house amongst the kids, (even though my oldest is just charm's age) and constantly feeling like a failure as a mom

This is my thoughts on the loft and attic room. Yes, disco may use the attic room with his toys but we are looking at long term. Naz is going to get older and may use the attic room for more as she discovers new things. Disco may use the toys now, but if we are looking to the future he is going to grow up and won’t use toys anymore and he will be doing exactly what your point is with Naz right now. He will be sleeping and doing a few things in there. So might as well give it to Naz so she can use it to its full use and disco can have the loft where he will have space to play just not as much space and when he gets older he will still have the loft but he will use it exactly how he would use the bigger room.

Well as he gets older he could change it up too. Brooke has a great idea. But at the end of the day if Naz is the oldest and wants the room she should get it.
Naz definitely deserves the attic. Even if disco has toys , naz is older and it isn’t fair that someone younger gets the better room. I’m as old as naz and if my brother got the better room than me I would be furious, but Brooke is a very good mama she knows how to take care of everyone. I’ve been watching the Norris nuts since I can even remember. They have made me so happy when I’m down. But overall naz should get the attic room. Also that crowd was wild.. 😂❤❤

Brooke, you are NOT failing as a mother. You are making a huge sacrifice by moving. You make sure your children have anything they wish for. They have had fantastic treats through their life. You spent the whole vlog just making Naz feel loved, essentially “just because.” You do everything for these children, emotionally and physically.
Here’s the thing with the room.
Disco and Charm are at this point still too young to appreciate the room. Naz wants the space for sure but I’m sure the main reason why she wants it is for additional privacy. She spent the entire debate saying she felt ungrateful when all she’s asking for is the same treatment as her older siblings- the next biggest/best room goes to the oldest.
While I do really see Brooke’s point about more space for the toys, despite how lucky Naz is she’s only really as lucky as everyone else in the family so it’s an equal playing field. Therefore she very much has the right to ask to be treated as fairly as her older siblings were. You can make space for more toys that isn’t a whole bedrooms worth but a teenagers own decent sized personal space is much more important than making space for inanimate objects. If my parents had tried to kick my older brother out of his better room just because I had more toys I wouldn’t have gone in there because that’s just not fair. I think Brooke’s point was very well intentioned and well reasoned and she was right to make it but to an extent it really is a birthright.
For debates/discussions I definitely do think that a blanket rule should be that nobody gets interrupted. Have a toy or something that’s passed round. Have little notebooks for points that may be forgotten that need to be made. It is such a good de-escalation tactic and I think it would really help preventing anyone getting overwhelmed, particularly Brooke. Please be kind to yourself, you really do deserve it.

Naz is such a good and understanding person, you promise her all these things including the chance to have the
ensuite, and the attic room, and every time you shoot her down and disappoint her she goes with it just to make everyone else happy and not to seem spoilt. Growing up they all had to share rooms even going through the face of having loads of toys so why would it be any different with Charm and Dico, I'll tell you why because you favorite them so much it is so obvious, they have done nothing to earn any room but you give what every they want straight handed to them.

DISCO IS 5 NAZ IS 13!!!!
There is plenty of room for disco's toys underneath the loft bed and if they can't fit all of the babies toys under the loft then clearly the kids have too many toys and are being way too spoiled. YOU DON'T NEED A MILLION TOYS TO BE HAPPY AS A FIVE-YEAR-OLD.
The way Naz gave up a room she really wanted because of age order and then is overlooked to a five-year-old who hasn't contributed nearly as much as her to the channel and is basically getting rewarded for existing with a better room than someone who has really contributed is so unfair.
If you really deep it, kinda feels like naz’s ‘special day’ was used to gaslight her into conforming and accepting the loft room…. They didn’t put a mirror and vanity styled desk in there for no reason …

I agree, I think Brooke is an amazing mama always putting others above herself. But Naz should get first pick because of age order! There are other solutions, Disco and Charm could pick their favorite toys and donate the ones they don't need, and they could try adding storage things to organize the loft and cubby rooms, and they can play on their floors. The loft beds being above the ground already helps free up floor space

In my opinion, that is 100% deserves the attic because when her and Sabre was arguing and having their tension between the main room, she was mature one stood up and said we could share it if you really want, but then it got fixed and resolved, and Naz was about to have that room but then Biggy and her had tension between the room and then she was mature and let it go so she at least deservers the attic not disco especially since when her and Sabre had their tension everyone brought up has being younger than Sabre so she shouldn’t have a room and Disco is younger than Naz so in that logic too Naz deserves the attic.

If Naz gets the attic room, then the babies still have a whole room each to keep their toys in (which is more than the older Norris nuts ever had when they were little). I personally think that is plenty of space for their toys. Plus there’s a loft bed in one of the rooms which means even more floor space for playing. One attic room surely doesn’t have that much more space for toys than two separate bedrooms. Or another idea is to put both beds in one room and keep the other as a playroom!

Biggy was so sweet in this video! He seemed like his genuine self and not trying to impress anyone or be “cool” ya know? Brooke and Justin put so much thought and effort into their kiddos and you can tell they are the most incredible parents. Every family has arguments and what they show isn’t bad. This is a special family and so many kids look up to these guys as role models. They really seem like the coolest people!

I'm only 2 days older than Naz, so I understand her concerns. As she gets older, she'll likely want to invite friends over and have space to hang out. And if she decides to attend school in person in Bondi, she'll need room for a bigger desk and workspace. I hope you guys can see the importance of considering her future needs and finding a more suitable solution for her living arrangements. It's better to prioritize her comfort and space now rather than regretting it later.
If naz wants the attic room over the babies I think that should be honored since all of the other kids got to pick based on birth age. All of the other kids had to share a space smaller than the loft room growing up so the babies shouldn’t be an exception. I also feel like the older norris nuts including naz have worked really hard editing, designing, and and making videos. I think she deserves to pick what she wants wether it’s the loft or the attic.

Parenting is tough and I find myself on my own a lot and I feel like a fail so often, but there’s always moments where you see how wonderful your children are and their kindness and love. I personally think Naz should get the attic room. Its not fair how everyone insisted on age order which caused Naz to give up not once but twice because everyone decide the oldest should pick first. After the issue was resolved it was now biggy vs naz in which they had a challenge and in terms of optimization Naz would've been best for the ensuite room however she gave up the room for biggy because he was OLDER knowing she was going to get to pick her own room, but all of a sudden they brought up practicality like come on now? i have baby siblings and trust me, most of those toys are gonna end up out of the playroom anyways because kids will run around, play outside and they'll want to be around mama, papa and their siblings anyways so might as well share the toys between disco and charm, put them all in toy boxes in both the kids' rooms and during playtime, those kids will take out the toys they want, play together, make a mess and clean it up, that way you'll have them learn to clean up after themselves because they'd be in their rooms anyways.
a house full of a big family is lively, there will be toys everywhere and that's normal! that's perfectly fine, but it's up to the ones who make the mess to clean it and that's something disco and charm will have to learn ❤
the big kids will not always be there to pick up after those two but they're still young and giving them tbe loft will help them learn how to play without making a mess and it'll teach them how to optimize and make the most out of their space, i think it's a way better option than the attic because they'll learn independance and autonomy, naz will grow up and she'll need the extra space!
think about all her mini vlogs, getting that extra space, she'll be able to install a vanity, mirrors, a closet, or even a little lounge or tea room where she could stay at during the day or invite friends and such!! but anyways love you norris nuts, i think mama really deserves her own special day too ❤❤❤

I do get mamas reasonings for why the babies should get the attic room, but if you’ve agreed to pick via age (oldest gets first pick so on..) then you need to stick with it. You can’t just dump the plan because you’ve come up with a better option. The fact that Naz wanted and did GIFT biggy the ensuite shows her selflessness and kindness. Sabre and sockie get a whole house to themselves, biggy gets an ensuite (which i don’t think many 15 years olds have) and now the babies might have the attic room. It’s really NOT fair on naz. She gave up the ensuite room, thinking she’ll have next pick for the attic room. If all the other siblings were able to pick rooms through ‘age order’ why is it NAZ that can’t. Something to think about in relation to a pet bunny! Rabbits often carry bacteria such as Bordetella, which cause no harm to humans, dogs, cats, other bunnies, etc, but can cause fatal respiratory issues in guinea pigs. As such, it's not great to keep both guinea pigs and rabbits! They'd have to be kept very far apart and you wouldn't be able to handle the rabbit and then pigs without washing up and changing clothes inbetween. There are other small mammals that may be a better fit, such as a hamster or mice or even rats, which do all have shorter lifespans but they have so much love to give in those two years ☺️

I totally agree with and although it isn't a big deal, there's going to be haters of the Norris nut that'll twist what she's done and turn it into her being a "bad person". Which think is true but what she did was still unfair.

Honestly, i think that Naz should get the attic room because the loft room IS very baby-ish and disco and charm would probably have lots of fun just climbing the loft, not sure tho. Naz could decorate her room really nice and aesthetic. I think that having a big and nice, new room is a great experience for a teenager universally. Naz should definitely get the attic room, she also must have lots of things she wants to put in her room. Also if the babies are having fun while their toys are in the garage now, why can’t they just adjust and do the same in the Bondi house, yes it must be exhausting cleaning that up, surely they can keep doing the same routine they have been doing.

naz deserves the attic more than disco. what i think she should do with the attic is turn it into a guinea pig room. naz i don’t mean to be rude but your guinea pigs have bad care that some would consider neglectful. they have no enrichment and the enclosure is too small, this family rushed into getting a guinea pig without any research. i think you should turn the attic into an ethical care guinea pig room. this also means in the meantime you shouldn’t get any pets such as a cat, it’s incredibly selfish towards the guinea pigs.

I feel so bad for Brooke💔 she’s such a good mom doing an amazing job. We all mess up sometimes but it’s also all of our first time living. There is no “perfect” mom as long as you try your best which we can tell you are‼️🤍

I think Naz should definitely get the attic room. i understand Brooke’s point with the toys and everything, but everyone was so adamant about making sure the choice in rooms was based off age order and therefore Naz gets next pick. In like two years times Disco and charm are gonna grow out of most of their toys and they’re either gonna get thrown out of donated to charity, so it just seems unfair to give disco the room when naz could use that area for her guinea pigs or for her makeup.
I think that disco and charm will have to eventually learn that they have to clean up after themselves so the fact that they don’t have places to keep their toys will be resolved if they are just asked to clean the toys up after they use them. if naz wants the loft room, that’s absolutely fine too but only if it’s her choice. there’s a huge difference between wanting the norris nuts to be spoilt and wanting what’s fair, and what’s fair is that naz gets to choose. this is just my opinion, feel free to correct me on anything.
edit: id just like to add that the loft room is plenty big for a five year old, disco doesn’t need a desk so it could be turned into a play table for him to use. i’m 15 and my room is not nearly as big as the loft one 😭
I understand naz should get first pick but charm and disco are only around the age of 4 and 5 so they will get other toys that are not as babyish, bc they will prob still have toys for like 5 years which is when biggy and naz would maybe move out!
@@MissBanana610 that’s understandable but it still doesn’t seem fair to do that when they were all so insistent that’s it’s done in order of age and now that everyone has agreed on that it’s being switched up. i just feel like it’s very very unfair and i feel for naz as i went through a similar situation with my family. i would’ve liked the choice but i never got it, and i feel like naz has been very patient and grateful for everything she’s been given but it only seems fair yk?
