I think soaking the soy curls in veggie broth would be better. And adding to the breading of the soy curls - garlic powder, onion powder and possibly some white rice flour or chickpea flour which I heard gives it a crunch

It just tastes like salt-less chicken thigh meat. It's pretty amazing. I wish I knew about these long time ago
