    I am running 80 now. I don't eat any of these fruits. My health is fine. On an average, daily, I walk 4Kms in about 50 minutes. No meat or fish. Just one egg daily. Light meals and exercise are what one needs to maintain reasonably good health.

    Yes, fruits for vitamin C and living with the fruits of the holy spirit ,Galatians 5:23 then you will live to achieve Psalms 90:10
    I strongly believe natural organic food is also best,Gods creation from Day 1
    Otherwise the bible says in psalms 90:10
    70 years is all we have 80 years if qe are strong ,very aoon life is over and were gone.
    If we have reached 80 years or more then we are living a life righteous balanciing it physically and spiritually.
