You can eat a ton of fruits before you could get diabetes. I don't think you can eat more than 2 apples, half melon, 2 mangos, 2 oranges, 3 bananas a day and still you will get a few gms of carbohydrates. But processed foods like bread, rice, pasta, oats, cakes, soda can easily give you 200 or more grams a day. And fruits are the only foods you can eat on its natural form and content with out heating. Fruits contents a lot of water and water should not only to drink but also to be eatin. And nothing beat fruits in making your skin become clearer and rejuvenate to it's yourhful state. I am 67 and I eat only organic fruits for breakfast with boiled eggs and cocktail of lemon, ginger, collagen and green tea. And after several yrs you will surprised how fruits reduces your wrinkles and your skin comes back to it's youthfulness again. I experienced it myself and I can attest that combination of regular exercise, healthy diet especially fruits make my skin return to it's youth gradually. That's why I'm wondering why other people avoid fruits believing it is a health risk. There are lots of centenarian incorporate fruits (organic) on their meals and they live more than a hundred years and they are the living proof that show fruits are safe to our body. Also I had not seen any clinical or health studies conducted about fruits stating it is a health risk. Saying our body only needs 25 to 30gms of carbohydrates only refers to a person who work on a desk whole day.. But for those who work blue collar job or doing work outs regularly you need a lot of carbohydrates from natural foods (like brown rice) to fuel your body.

A lot of nonsense is being said here. Diabetics should avoid fruit, because fructose is another form of sugar, which the pancreas and liver do not tolerate. I have not eaten vegetables or fruit for two years. My main food is animal products. At 70, I do not need a doctor or pills.
...Fruit are supposed to be consumed as DESSERT (in small quantities, that is, not to feast on them)... preferably WHOLE (to keep the fiber, which slows down the fructose absorbtion)... If the animal food works well for you, that doesn't necessarily mean that it is the perfect diet, fit for everybody else out there...
you failed to talk about the need for caution with fruits due to the sugar contents. this is a huge failure. i have viewed other of your videos and find them very much lacking and will not return. you obviously have very limited knowledge.

Be aware, fruit has lots of sugar, and may spike your blood sugar. I don’t eat more than 5 ounce of fruit each day.. so my A1c maintained below 5.7.
You listed pomegranates, bananas & prunes in both fruits to avoid & to eat!
If its good for seniors its good for 28yr olds,so why not start now
Your spot on.
I am 70 now..
When i was 28 this much information wasn’t as easy to gather.
💪 stay healthy it makes life more enjoyable ✊😍

Most of these fruits have too much sugars and fructose which can lead to diabetes. They have to be consumed in small amounts.
Yep. Natures candy. Especially bananas. Should have talked about berries…

Stop that nonsense please. Sugar in fruits are natural. End of story!
@@eochanghi6501 Nightshade is natural, too. So is hemlock. End of story!

How about eating fruits frozen?

Do not confuse sugar from fruit and table sugar!
Grapes and bananas elevate my blood sugar super high. 😢
