What I've learned about confidence is that it really must come from within, how highly others think of you really doesn't matter if you don't share the same sentiments. And, it's true that your level of confidence won't be the same on all departments, and I'm learning that it's normal while working on i, 😊
My confidence hack is remembering that we are all unique and have a purpose. All of the greats believed in themselves even when people told them no (Jay Z, Oprah, etc.), so by having confidence in yourself you are bound to do great things. I also recall that when I do what I want to do with pride, I feel good and have no regrets.
YES CARNIVAL QUEEN👏🏽 It’s interesting how we can grow up self assured and confident and then life deals you different cards which tunes down our confidence vibrations. I’ve found my ‘only child syndrome’ has made me feel confident even when my self worth wasn’t that high. Being able to always circle back to myself and hold on to the parts I love about myself refuels my confidence tank✨
I want to gain my confidence in myself and one way i found confidence is losing more weight and gaining confidence by working out. I am wanting to be dancer and be backup dancer for celebs and do acting and be entertainer and taking steps to getting up earlier and learning to drive and working out and losing weight and really living my life and not living it by the waste side has helped me live my life and watching this channel. And doing youtube has helped me gain confidence in myself. I am hoping to learning and helping women gain confidence one day and learning about myself and the things i do to gain confidence.
