About a month ago I decided to slow down I only work 3 times a week instead of 5 and I find myself much more productive than ever because I know I only have 3 days I’ve been making more money feeling better and have been able to focus on my mental health which has been declining because I was overworked you are absolutely right mental health comes first if you don’t feel good nothing works !

Taking a break really helps with seasonal depression. Just having the feeling of starting afresh, yes it's okay to feel sad and down, go through the process, rest and start again.
Make irreversible decisions to launch you towards your goals. No one has ever shown me that perspective before. I feel like I just unlocked a new superpower.

I love this! I decided to grow and heal from a very toxic relationship that left me so broken that i lost myself. Making irreversible decisions is the way to go like I just walked into a gym and signed up and paid for 6months😂meaning i have to make use of my money and go to the gym. I have fallen in love with the gym in a month. I also stopped the negative self talk that I didn’t even realize was affecting me daily. Anytime i want to think something negative about myself I replace it with something positive and i feel more confident. Thankyou for the words of encouragement and advice

It was a very big decision but pushing myself was really eye opening and it has made me way calmer when facing other challenges. This video was beautiful and inspiring. I relate to taking a break to heal, as I also had to go on a long mental health leave from my 9-5 teaching job.... However, had I not made that decision to take a break and heal my mind, body, and soul, I would not be in a good place right now. Thank you for sharing your story...
