Habit stacking is truly amazing! It becomes second nature after a while. I just try to have days where I separate the tasks too though so it doesn't get boring and repetitive lol

Another way of doing habit stacking is to do a new habit directly after an existing habit. For example, after you brush your teeth, put on lip balm. A silly example, but just to say the stacking doesn't have to be simultaneous. I'm really enjoying your videos and your energy. Thanks for posting :)

It’s me doing my 15 min Sunday work out while listening to you. Lol sometimes you don’t realize how productive you’re until you gain that wisdom from someone who expose your habits.
    Thank you Queen 💖

Once the habits are established they tend to act like highways between the different parts of the brain. While they maybe strong connections they are not unbreakable. Thanks to neuroplasticity we can always unbecome (detach from our old selves) and become new people again. Excellent video. Thank you so much sharing. Blessings.

I'm so glad you posted this. I've been doing habit stacking to juggle both my freelancing business and my blog. Whenever I'm on the bus or commuting somewhere, I try to type out content or work on some client stuff. So glad others have found it useful!

My current habit stack is watching (listening to) RUclips while playing the Sims. It allows me to be on my computer and consume. When I play the sims there isn't much audio or its played at a low volume.

So funny because every time I watch RUclips I listen & clean a room. These are great tips
