Truck drivers, if you are ever in an accident caused by a car and you have a dashcam and they blame you. Tell them to call the police, make them file a false police report before notifying them you have a dash cam. They will go to jail...
Unfortunately I'm sure they'll find someway to fault the truck driver, like they always do. It's a no win industry these day's. Good point though 👌
I will never reveal that I have a dashcam until the other driver tells his story. Then I’ll ask the office if he’d like to see cam footage and see if the other driver would like to change his statement.
@@kingcrusher5524 I was on route 24 in MA. Had a car merging run past the yield sign and hit my passenger side step. The state trooper arrived and immediately sided with the woman in the car and was looking for a way to pin the blame on me. I let the woman tell her story first. Then I didn’t say anything. I just showed the trooper the dash cam video. Trooper apologized to me and cited the woman in the car for “failure to yield” and “marked lanes violation.” I’m convinced if I didn’t have that dash cam, I woulda gotten fucked over for that because that trooper had their mind made up when they arrived that I was gonna be at fault.
@@kingcrusher5524 On my channel i have a lady who tried to claim i hit her, I made the mistake of telling her I had a dash cam and she left. People like this deserve to be prosecuted.
Unfortunately, prosecutions for filing a false report are few and far between. Just like insurance companies punishing customers that lie to them.
Everyone of those vehicles who exited and crossed the gore could be a ticket-able offense.

Lol, I got flipped off by another driver yesterday because apparently I didn't move over to the center lane fast enough to allow him to get into to slow lane. Pouring ass rain and I'm trying to leave space ahead of me, and I can't move left because of traffic.

Hey Ike. I like your channel and appreciate how you try to straighten out these truck drivers. It's really to bad trucking has went downhill like it has. But, on the flip side, you will certainly have a guaranteed job for years to come. Keep on keeping on man
I had a guy go from the on ramp to the middle lane at probably 60km/h when traffic was going 120. He didn't want to wait for the concrete truck to get up to speed that was already merging. I near ran into the back of him, and went around and gave a one finger salute. He called the shop and claimed I was tailgating him. Well, ya I was there for a moment and you should be thanking me for it. It's wild how many people can do the obviously wrong thing and think they are in the right.

Corvids (crows, etc) are munching on our roadkill all the time, but I never see one as roadkill. They have things more figured out than we do.

Corvids (crows, ravens...) are easily smarter than us. They just gobble up that which our trucks come into contact with without becoming more of it.

1st clip... right turns usually have a yield sign
In that clip, it’s highly likely that the pickup truck no longer had a green turn signal when he pulled into intersection. Right turns only yield to cross traffic, not left turning ones.
@@JohnHallgren yield is for all traffic with right of way. regardless of the arrow if he had a green light, the left turn had the right of way if there was no traffic going straight. This is elementary defensive driving. ever wonder why right turns have to yield? because they can turn right a any time the coast is clear. left turns don't have that luxury. But hey if you ever have a wreck in this situation the ticket will let you know. Along with your insurance

Addendum - there’s some that say turning vehicles yield to pedestrians but nothing about other vehicles.

@@fantasyfootballfatality6485 at the 0:06 mark, the light turns green for Clutch before the pickup has entered the intersection or begun the turn. Thus the left turning pickup must yield to oncoming traffic such as Clutch at that moment but doesn’t. And I suspect the turn arrow was no longer green at that point also.
If I tried making an exit at the last second I'd end up on my roof in the grass. I just don't think I'm cut out for driving like that.

That car careened into the side of that truck at full speed. It was demolished and the truck didn't even flinch.
I dont care how big and bad your dumb, jacked-up truck is or how fast and cool your sports car is, you aren't winning a fight with a Semi. This isn't even about respect for Truckers, it's respect for the laws of physics at this point.

First video, truck driver you are in the wrong, the pick up turns from the inside lane to his inside lane, you are to turn from the curb, (outside lane) to the outside lane. If you must use both lanes and invade traffic you can use both lanes only if there is no traffic to invade , you are not to change lanes in a turn if, just because you are long DONT give you the right to cause traffic to break, swerve or back up because of you
In that situation, it’s highly likely that the pickup truck no longer had a green turn signal when he pulled into intersection. And should have yielded ROW to dash cam trucker in any case. Lane had nothing to do with it.

I Know. I deliver truck parts (Peterbilt’s). I’ve seen about 7 days ago, a young female driver attempt to run a girder hauler off the road. Girder hauler was hauling an 80 foot girder on a stretched back trailer. She tried to ram the side of his trailer.
All this because we passed her in the right lane of a 2 lane wide interstate. (Idiot in car was doing 60 in the hammer lane. Hauler and I were pacing at 75. I was hauling a full skid of drive axel break drums.) The minimum speed for Interstates in AL is 65MPH with normal around 70-75.
