The problem in these pursuits is the troopers do not know how to go into and complete the turns.. They overshoot the turns every time causing them to have to over brake losing time letting the Challenger pull away from them. Clearly the driver of the Challenger knows how to come into the turn and how to come out of it gaining seconds with every turn pulling away from the troopers. In the pursuit, the troopers end up with severe brake fade eliminating the ability of their Chargers to brake, ending the pursuit.
Clearly trained in racing.

Notice how the second trooper has his location and speed telemetry turned off because I'm sure they are not supposed to be 60-70 mph in residential neighborhoods with posted speed limits of 25/30 MPH and I cracked up when the first asp trooper realized he lost him and punched his accelerator going through the Red light

I've said this before...there was a video where the black charger loses it in a neighborhood and wrecks ... and he was far ahead of cops ...dude runs on foot and escapes....and here we are almost a year later ...lol ..he's back

When you do the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome. I'll give you two options; When you pull him over, block him in, or wait until you get a couple of other units and surround him before you stop him.
Does anyone know if the police radios in this area are encrypted? Where I live the only encrypted radio signal is SWAT. It would make a lot of sense that the driver(s) are listening to the police comms.

He or she is definitely a pro at driving! They know the area! Once the trooper hasn't lost site of the driver they turn and lay low!!! I had to do the same thing while racing my buddy going home from high school one day. I took a exit and hid out in a jr high school parking lot. Watching Indiana State trooper just speed by!

A few theories:
1. That's not our boy. But it actually IS a viewer who wants to emulate him.
2. That IS our boy. But its actually not him driving. But teaching another individual how to flee.
3. That's him, but something happened to the charger so he has to use this stock challenger for a while.
4. That's him, but he was bored of dusting ASP so easily so he hopped in this stock challenger to prove to himself that he still had it.
But regardless of WHO it is, all it does is confirm that the undefeated charger is absolutely a beast. It easily out accelerated and out maneuvered all those police cars and we see what it would look like if a stock mopar was used to flee.
5.FIVE It's a cop that they are intentionally allowing to get away in order to bring publicity to this poverty city so that they can get better police cars.
I saw a previous video chasing the undefeated charger, the charger went around a right curve out of sight, When the cop drives around the same curve there's a black charger parked in a driveway on the right, the cop just drives on by pretending he didn't see it but it's on the video.
The guy is clearly a professional driver. However there are many ways to be a professional driver that doesn't necessarily mean that he is a race driver. I would say that they are a delivery or cab driver. The reason why I say this is because that's exactly what I do or used to do. It's very difficult to make a living these days at that job. I know just about every side street back road and alternate route between here and wherever I am going. I have a near identic memory when it comes to location and driving. It is very difficult for me to get lost, not to say that I haven't gotten lost a few times. I don't like to consider it being lost I like to think of it more or less as learning new routes to other locations. I'm not going to learn if I don't go. It's one of the first things I do when I move into a new location. I drive around the area I learn the roads I learn the setups for railroad tracks and crossings and alternate routes so I can avoid being stuck on one side of the train. I know exactly how annoying that is because I live at a railroad crossing. I know the trains I know westbound I know eastbound, from just the sound of the horn itself I can tell you which way it's going and from the amount of blaring that horn I can also tell you which rail company is running that particular train. So that is my interpretation of what I saw there, also he must have some very sticky rubber on those tires and he is done something to that 5.7l. And also looks like he might have an aftermarket suspension upgrade on it as well. It handles really really well. The guy in this Challenger definitely knows what he's doing. He completely dusted both of them, personally I don't even think he broke a sweat while doing it.
I'm going to start "Undefeated Grand Cherokee." It'll be a very short-lived series, as there's only 3 highways here in Alaska, and I'm friends with a bunch of the po-po. 😆
Just wondering. Are the cops now constantly following any Dodge charger or challenger?? These pursuits seem to start for no reason, the driver was driving cassualy.

Undefeated Charger drive pulled his motor and put it in a Challenger :D Just a side thought, I always wonder why people who do the 'blackout' treatment why they don't also disable the brake lights. It can make it harder to judge braking points etc.. Good videos keep it up.

I used to do this for fun. I always did it at night so I would have less traffic to deal with and always run in areas where I know the roads.
Maybe a drone in the air giving him birdview and a conspirator radio coaching him where to turn next.
ASP needs to fit a Hellcat Interceptor into there 2024 budget. The 5.7 Charger is just not cutting it for them.
ASP is straight reckless with some of the takedowns they do. Not sure giving them 700hp is a good call

Notice at 2:45 that patrol car can't get above 100 in that curve. The Challenger is able to corner at a higher speed possibly running very sticky tires, and stiffer suspension.
He did brake approaching the apex, but since he was already pretty far ahead he could keep the distance. Though I think you're right that it's not stock.
Yeah the Troopers run high mile tires and weigh 400 lbs more (Charger AND police equipment).
