Very nice setup you put together Roland! I bet it's a damn good feelin when you can do all that yourself and make no technology (12 valve) work with technology, and aside from a 4th-5th gear split situation on steep grades...........the thing purs like a Swiss watch!!! Very well done sir! One day I'll grow up (not likely) and be capable of kinda project.........once I get my ADD broke to ride 🤣, cuz right now I'd have every piece of the build list worked on for 3 minutes, 4 times within an hour lol. What set up you got ( head studs / fueling upgrades / the compounds / trans /. Nice truck love the way that 12v sounds
Ashford Combs stock 500,000 mile 12 valve. Stock injectors, stock ppump with no fuel plate 3k governor springs and 17 degrees timing.
Borgwarner k27 over holset hx55 compounds.
Stock 5r110 ford automatic trans.

TheFumminsPage rpope So you are running stock head bolts and gasket on this truck without any head gasket problems. Reason I’m asking is I’m thinking of compounds on my 95 dodge that’s stock but I do have ARP 425 head studs and a victor reinzs stock replacement gasket so I was wondering if it would hold the boost what you think . By the way watch your videos there great man thanks
Ashford Combs I have aftermarket head bolts but they are not studs m. And I’m on the original head gasket, the head has been et been off. I keep boost and drive pressure 1:1 and try to never go over 40 psi and it has worked out really great for me. If you have studs and a new gasket I would feel safe around 55psi it boost as long as drive pressure is under control as well
